Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough – Chapter 332

332 New Domain

Chapter 332: New Domain…?

Back at the summit of the Second Star Peak, the temperature slowly stopped decreasing further as things began to calm down.

The icy lotus flower surrounding Xuan Hao also began breaking apart, as the swords making up the icy lotus flower slowly disolved into the surroundings. Disappearing completely from the world. Leaving behind only Xuan Hao on top of the Second Star Peak.

“Hm?”

Opening his eyes as he looked around at the now frozen wasteland that the summit had turned into, Xuan Hao had a confused look on his face before feeling the changes that happened to him.

Quickly realizing that the main reason why the summit had transformed into a frozen wasteland, was him…

Whoosh~

Waving his hand, Xuan Hao watched as a sword martialized in front of him.

However, compared to the past silver coloured sword. The sword currently in front of him, looked like it had been carved out of ice. Even causing the surrounding air to freeze.

Looking at this, Xuan Hao remained unaffected by the sword and was instead more focused on a more crucial and fundenmental change he had noticed upon materializing the ice sword.

“My qi changed…” Whispering this to himself in disbelief, Xuan Hao noticed how his qi had transformed from its former pure silver colour to having a light blue colour mixed into it. Ending half silver coloured and half light blue.

Not knowing what had caused this change to happen in the first place, Xuan Hao decided to enter his sea of consciousness and bring up his system status. Hopefully allowing him to find out if the system could help shed some light on the changes he had just gone through.

Name: Xuan Hao

Domain: Sword Intent Domain, Ice Domain

Talent: ???

Physique: ???

Realm: Peak Fourth Stage Domain Lord

Bringing up his status, Xuan Hao quickly noticed the changes to his domain section, having changed from having one domain to now having two domains…

“You can have more than one domain…?”

Suprised at what he just found out, Xuan Hao quickly inspected it for himself. Soon finding out that he indeed did have two domains instead of one.

The reason that he did not realize this at first, was due to the fact that the two domains were entwined together. Almost to the point of merging into one, both coexisting as a part of him.

The feeling of controlling two domains at once was not really bringing forth any stress or harm to his body or soul for that matter. Instead, it felt completely natural as he used the two domains together as one.

The ice sword he had just martialized a second ago, was a perfect example of the two domains working together as one. Materializing the ice sword currently hovering in the air in front of him.

He didn’t even notice the fact that he had been using two entirely different domains before checking his status!

Whoosh~

Playing around with his newfound domain for a bit as several ice sculptures materialized in front of him in shape of his disciples along with Feng Chen, Zu Fei, Elder Song, and some of the other elders he had met in the Flying Sword Sect, Xuan Hao soon stopped.

His Ice Domain was easy to use and didn’t requried him to go through a training montage to master, he already knew how to use it instinctively!

“Now for my qi…”

Having found out about his new domain, Xuan Hao focused on his qi, as the status did not give him any idea as to what had changed in his qi.

The only thing he had to go on, was the fact that he now had an Ice Domain and his qi was half light blue…

“So… Cold…”

Muttering this to himself, as he pushed some of his qi out of his body and inspected it, Xuan Hao could not help but feel baffled when he reached forward and felt the freezing temperature of his qi.

Before this, his qi did not have any temperature so to speak, the sudden change would force him to be even more careful if he decided to have his qi enter one of his disciples to help them out like he had done in the past. After all, the last thing he would want, was to accidently turn one of his disciple into an ice sculpture…

Not finding out anything useful, other than the fact that he might accidently end up freezing one of his disciples to death with his qi in the future, Xuan Hao stood up and looked towards the blue rock that he had been using earlier to study the blue divine energy inside of it.

Only to find out that the blue rock had turned into dust. Leaving nothing behind. The blue divine energy inside of it had also disappeared without leaving a trace behind!

“What in the world happened when I entered enlightenment earlier…?” Xuan Hao could not help but mutter this to himself. Once again looking around at the frozen wasteland he had unconsciously created earlier.

Calming himself down, Xuan Hao walked over to another blue rock filled with blue divine energy inside of it and attempted to put it inside of his interspatial ring.

If he could bring them back with him to the sect, he could study the blue divine ener-

Crack~

Bang!

Throwing away his interspatial ring as he watched it begin cracking apart before exploding and spilling out everything he had stored inside of it along with the blue rock filled with divine energy, Xuan Hao could only walk over to the small pile of his things and take out a new interspatial ring to store the things not ruined by the cold temperature inside.

“…”

Okay… Can’t store weird blue stones with divine energy inside interspatial rings… Got it!

Making a new mental note on the fact that blue rocks with divine energy in them could not be stored inside interspatial rings, Xuan Hao could only give up his idea of bringing some of the blue rocks away with him.

After all, he could not touch them and now he couldn’t even store them away in his interspatial ring. All he could do was leave them at the Second Star Peak until he found some way to move them in the future.

For now, he would have to come back if he wanted to further study the blue divine energy hidden inside of them.

Even if it might not be as useful as it had been just now when he studied the blue divine energy for the first time, Xuan Hao still knew that studying the blue divine energy would allow him to improve faster!

Whoosh!

Having nothing more to do at the Second Star Peak at the moment, Xuan Hao decided to head towards the Main Peak of the Shattered Star Peaks.

“So, this is the Pure Heart Lake…”

As Xuan Hao was making his way towards the Main Peak of the Shattered Star Peaks, his two disciples and Huang Yongyu arrived at the Pure Heart Lake inside the River Sect’s territory.

“Indeed, quite beautiful… Isn’t it?”

Smiling widely upon seeing the awed expression on both Chu Yang and Qing Yi’s faces, Huang Yongyu could not help feeling a bit proud as he asked.

“It is truly a beautiful lake…”

“Yeah, I really want such a lake like this back in the sect…”

Both Qing Yi and Chu Yang nodded their head in agreement to what Huang Yongyu said. Focusing all their attention on the beautiful lake that spread out before them.

Crystal clear blue water stretching for as long as the eye could see with no end in sight. Lively and healthy fish swimming peacefully through the water. The only thing missing was a good place to sit down and get something to eat and drink while enjoying the view…

If not for the fact that they already knew about the fact that the Pure Heart Lake took up a good ten to fifteen percent of the River Sects territory, Qing Yi and Chu Yang would have thought that the giant lake in front of them had truly been even more suprised at the sheer size of the lake…

“By the way… Where is the Pure Heart Spirit Grass? And the demon beast for that matter…”

Looking out over the Pure Heart Lake, Chu Yang soon realized the fact that he could not see any Pure Heart Spirit Grass or demon beasts mentioned in the mission given by the sect and grew a bit confused. Turning to ask Huang Yongyu for an answer.

“Pure Heart Spirit Grass? Demon Beasts? They can only be found at the Pure Heart Island located at the centre of the Pure Heart Lake…”

Showing a confused expression on his face for a short moment before answering them, Huang Yongyu soon pointed over in the direction of a barely visible island in the distance.

“And how do we get there…? Swim?”

Seeing the island barely visible out on the Pure Heart Lake, Chu Yang turned towards Huang Yongyu and asked him. Hoping that he would not agree with swimming to the island…

Even if he was at the Foundation Establishment Realm, he did not want to swim such a long distance…

“Hm… Most of the demon beasts are hidden inside the lake water, so swimming would not be a good idea at all. Personally, I think we should head to the Pure Heart City and try to get a boat to the Pure Heart Island, but…”

“But what?”

Hesitating a bit when he reached the end of his sentence, Chu Yang hurried for him to continue upon seeing his troubled expression.

“…But the sects against my River Sect are currently controlling most of the city, we have a high chance of being seen by members of the sects if we go there!”

Saying this, Chu Yang could not help but put on a thoughtful expression when he heard what Huang Yongyu said.

Indeed, if they were found out, the sects would most likely try to cause trouble for him and Qing Yi, while Huang Yongyu might end up dead…

How should they proceed…? Try and sneak inside the city and find a way to the Pure Heart Lake, or try to find another way?
