” Wow, To think it would reach a hundred million.” Su Yunqi chuckled.

As the auction ended, Jia Hao and Su Yunqi walked out. Su Yunqi instinctively locked her arm with Jia Hao’s arm.

Not long after, they arrived at the food streets, with numerous stalls selling various things.
” Fried chicken! Fried chicken with sweet and spicy sauce!”
” Mutton skewer! Try our best selling mutton skewers!”
” I will have a pork belly BBQ with Rice. Two servings.”
Su Yunqi looked around as she saw Jia Hao giving the order. Jia Hao saw her smile.
” What is it, Mother? You want something else?”
” Not really. I was just thinking about something.” Su Yunqi rubbed her cheeks.

” Sometimes, Lan and Xing’er do bring it. But, It’s no fun if you don’t eat it right there, yes?”

As their turn came, Jia Hao passed a bowl to Su Yunqi and got one for himself.
The smoke came out from the charred pork belly, with the spicy aromatic sauce could easily make someone’s mouth water.

” Patience, Mother. The food isn’t going anywhere.” Jia Hao looked at Su Yunqi as he shook his head.
” Here, Let me feed you.”
” Hao’er, I am not some little kid.” Su Yunqi pouted when she saw Jia Hao blowing the pork belly and trying to feed her.
” Alright, You are a big lady. Now, eat…”
With a chuckle, Su Yunqi lowered her head, eating from Jia Hao’s hands.
” Yes…It’s not too hot.” Su Yunqi’s expression turned odd.
‘ I blew so many times, yet mine remained hot. But Hao’er only blew a few times and his bites are perfect?’
” So, Mother, Care to answer my question?” Jia Hao pursed his lips as he looked at Su Yunqi.
” What you talked with Ran Jiyue?”
” Cough! Cough!”
Su Yunqi almost choked when she heard Jia Hao’s question. Licking her lips with her tongue, she feigned innocence.
” What are you talking about, Hao’er? I don’t understand…”
” Really?” Jia Hao hummed. ” Then maybe, I have to talk with Aunt Ran…”
” No! Nope!”
Su Yunqi hurriedly protested. ” Who knows what that horny old woman would say?”
” Mother, Don’t you think you should be honest with me?” Jia Hao chuckled as he kept feeding her.
” Well, I mean… I need some time…” Su Yunqi’s voice became meek.
But as she opened her mouth, Jia Hao’s chopstick didn’t come.

After finishing, they strolled on the streets. Suddenly, Jia Hao walked to a stall and returned with something.
” Wait, Those are…Candied Haws?”
Su Yunqi’s eyes sparkled as she saw the candied haws in Jia Hao’s hands.

Jia Hao laughed as he passed a stick to her. ” Then why not try now? You can always indulge in your pleasure, Mother.”

Suddenly, Su Yunqi paused as she saw Jia Hao staring at him. ” Wha-What is it?”

Jia Hao blushed a bit as he looked away. Su Yunqi looked at the candied haw and realized what Jia Hao thought.
She was sucking off the haw, putting the entire fruit in her mouth.
” Yo-You! Your mind is full of…dirty things!” Su Yunqi blushed as she stomped her feet with anger.
” It’s not my fault, Mother. You just look so…alluring.” Jia Hao mumbled.
” Besides, You also have to explain. You told your feelings to Ran Jiyue, but not me? Do you know how I felt when she gave me the hints instead of you?”
” I…I wasn’t confessing anything.” Su Yunqi’s voice became a whisper. ” I was just…asking for advice.”
” Advice for what?”

Suddenly, she felt Jia Hao’s arm hugging her waist. Her body turned warm, but Su Yunqi didn’t resist Jia Hao.
” I have already confessed my feelings to you. And, I just want your answer.” Jia Hao replied with a soothing voice.
” But before answering, won’t you give me a chance?”
” Well…Since you are asking so much…” Su Yunqi sighed as she looked at Jia Hao.
” You can…Um…Have…a shot.”
” YESSS! YESSSSSS!”
Su Yunqi saw Jia Hao jumping with joy, making her even more flustered.
” Jia Hao! Behave yourself! We are in publick!” Su Yunqi stammered as she tried to control Jia Hao.
” Hahaha! I was just happy!” Jia Hao laughed as he winked at Su Yunqi.
” I won’t disappoint you, Mom.”
” Can you call me Yunqi in private? You don’t need to…call me…Mom.” Su Yunqi spoke in a low voice.
” Nope.”
Jia Hao gave a devilish grin as he whispered in her ears.
” I believe calling you mother does give us a feeling of taboo, yes?”
” Don’t say you don’t like it, Mom!~”
” Cheeky brat!” Su Yunqi spat out.
She clenched her fist as her heart was beating pretty fast. But after that, she didn’t reject Jia Hao’s idea.
After all, a little taboo does spice up the mundane life.
