Chapter 733: Prison-3
Both the guards suddenly stopped moving, they nodded their heads, then instead of the second level, they began to move towards the first level.
Again, they knocked and spoke a line to open the door. There were more than a dozen guards placed inside the 1st level door. They looked at Jayden and asked about him, but this time the two guards just said that he was rebelling.
Then they walked further. After a while, prison cells began to appear on either side. Jayden looked over them and saw more than thirty people lying in each cell. They all were so skinny.
Most of them were people who had voiced their opinions against Malgor and this was the result. As he walked further, Jayden saw more than twenty cells and they were all filled with prisoners. All of them had dead looks on their faces as if they had already given up on living.
“Let’s go to the second level now,” Jayden said after they had reached the end. A lot of guards were constantly walking around and keeping eyes on these prisoners, but it didn’t seem they gave much food to the people there.
“Okay,” the guard replied and just began to move in front of Jayden leading him towards the next area.
A couple of guards questioned them along the way but they just made some excuses. Soon they arrived back at the entrance of the first level, and the guards standing there looked at them strangely and asked the same questions.
“Why haven’t you put him inside the cell? And where are you taking him now?”
“Actually we have been told to put him into the 2nd level but we accidentally brought him here,” one of the guards said.
But it seemed these reasons were not enough to convince them. Jayden was not patient enough to wait for these no-name characters to have all their doubts solved.
Without saying anything, he began to walk towards the door as the others stopped speaking and looked at him with caution, ready to attack him at any moment.
But in the next instant, they suddenly began to feel extremely hot, and before they could even release screams, purple flames engulfed their bodies and turned them into rotten flesh before even their ashes were devoured by the flames.
Their beasts growled at him as they saw their owners disappear within seconds, but soon they all met the same fate.
Jayden continued to walk forward and the door began to melt down. As he passed through it, the two guards followed behind him silently.
Then they headed for the 2nd level. The two guards knocked on the door and spoke a sentence, then it opened. Inside, more than thirty stronger guards were placed.
They all had serious expressions on their faces and their beasts looked much more dangerous.
“Are you here to put him in the cell?” one of the men asked, observing Jayden carefully. Just from his clothing, he seemed quite suspicious.
“Yes, we are ordered to put him here,” the guard replied.
“Okay, you can go ahead.” The atmosphere here was much more tense just from the entrance.
The number of cells was less in the 2nd level and so was the number of prisoners, but the ones staying there were mostly criminals and were stronger than all the people in the 1st level.
‘Only a few of these people are the ones who are wrongfully captured, but most of them are criminals. Then this place will be purged,’ Jayden thought. After looking over the entire 2nd level, he looked at the two guards and ordered:
“Let’s move into the 3rd level now.”
“But we don’t have the capability to bring someone into the 3rd level. Only our captain himself handles those types of criminals, so- ”
After listening to their words, Jayden nodded, then without saying anything, he turned around and began to walk away while the two guards remained standing there.
*BOOM* *BOOM*
*THUD* *THUD*
All of a sudden, the heads of both of them exploded, as the flesh, blood, and pieces of brain and skull were thrown all around as their headless bodies fell down.
“Why did you come to these levels when you just wanted to meet Bael? He must obviously be staying in the 3rd level,” Anna questioned.
While walking towards the door, he replied, “Be patient.” Killing the guards present near the door would be just as easy, but still, Jayden did not want to give them any time to inform the others.
So just as he got closer to the door and came into the view of those men, he suddenly opened a portal behind them all.
“What are you doing here? Where are the others that just went in with you?” one of the guards spoke as he raised his steps towards Jayden.
“Just kill him, we will talk later, I’m going to inform-” But suddenly a strong invisible force hit them, pushing all of them back instantly along with their beasts as they passed through the portal.
Jayden had thrown them all into space, and unlike him, they couldn’t survive out there, so they all died immediately without being able to release even a little bit of sound.
Jayden continued to walk forward. The door of the 2nd level was stronger than the first one, but it also melted down immediately as soon as it was engulfed by the purple flames.
Walking out of there, Jayden headed towards the final level of the prison. It didn’t take him long to arrive in front of its door. He sensed the presence of the person on the other side of the door and found that there was just one person along with a single beast.
The man was sitting over his beast which looked like a mixture of a giant snake and an electric eel.
“This person looks strong,” Jayden mumbled.
“Of course, they are not going to put someone weak to stop so many criminals who are all so dangerous. I’m sure you can defeat him but it might cause some disturbance,” Anna said.
“Well, it doesn’t matter,” he replied and created the dream domain around himself. Then he kicked the door open and walked inside.
This door was more than two meters thick and was made of a strong metal, but after receiving just one kick from Jayden, its surface was carved in.
Jayden looked towards the man sitting in a meditative position there on his beast, who seemed to be asleep. There was a sword lying over his legs. He seemed to be quite old and had a long white beard.
Hearing the noise, he slowly opened his eyes and looked at Jayden with a calm expression. It seemed he was assessing Jayden’s strength.
“So you want to fight?” Jayden asked without any emotions on his face.
“Will you spare her if I lose?” The old man had recognized that he would not be able to defeat Jayden, so he questioned while caressing the beast under him.
“No,” came the reply, just as the old man was expecting from him.
