Chapter 756: Soul medicine
Even the peace agreement in the picture, one race is not welcomed at another race’s home, so going there was quite dangerous.
The king of the werewolves, or let’s say the Alpha, is also very strong, probably equally as strong as the vampire king.
Seraphina had almost finished her talk with the king of the werewolves, and she had promised to deliver some goods to them in exchange for what they needed. But just as they were about to end the meeting, Seraphina noticed Jayden’s presence right outside the planet.
He didn’t come to the planet directly since it would waste quite a lot of his time fighting against those brute creatures, so he just waited outside as he was sure that Seraphina had already noticed his presence.
“What’s your purpose in coming here?” Within a few seconds, some werewolves shouted from a distance; they were looking like humans right now.
“…” Jayden stayed silent, his gaze fixed only on the planet, though this gesture of his angered the werewolves as they hate even the smell of vampires.
“If only he had taken a single step onto our planet, we would have torn him to shreds already. Tch, the vampires are still only alive because of that agreement,” one of the werewolves spoke.
“Yes, vampires became much weaker after the organization named Coven was separated from them. If we had attacked them at that point, then there would have been no such pest alive, only if it wasn’t for that agreement,” another werewolf spoke.
“But I had recently heard that even the Coven is in deep shit now, most of their members have died, and they are only left with a small force,” another werewolf spoke. It seemed they had already forgotten about Jayden in the midst of their gossip.
“…” The werewolf king had also noticed Jayden, but he didn’t want to go away in the middle of his meeting so abruptly, and Jayden hadn’t even done anything yet.
“You don’t have to worry about him; he is here to meet me,” Seraphina spoke. There was still a veil over her face that was also being used to hide one of her biggest secrets, that even Hecate was not aware of.
“I see, it seems you have an especially good relationship with that particular vamp,” the werewolf king spoke. His build was like that of a mini giant, and each of his muscles was filled with strength; he looked like a mature man with a bulky body.
“Yes, shall we end our little chat right here?” Seraphina replied, without revealing anything. Her voice sounded like a melody that was filled with countless secrets.
“Well, we have already gone over all the business talk, but there was something I wanted to ask you,” the werewolf king spoke with a big and confident smile on his face.
“You can ask,” Seraphina spoke calmly, though she knew what he was going to ask her.
“My youngest son is searching for a bride—” he began to speak, but Seraphina interrupted him.
“Sorry, but we haven’t started the matchmaking as of yet; maybe you should try asking someone else.”
‘She is as great with her words as always; what an intelligent woman,’ thinking this, the werewolf king shook his head, then he spoke:
“No, no, that’s not what I am asking about, but I wondered if you would like to meet my youngest son. He seems to have taken a liking to you. Also, you would have to change into the werewolf race since that is the basic requirement for marriage among us, though you can keep ruling over all the witches like you have so far.”
“Neither is it possible for me to turn into a werewolf, nor am I interested. I am honored that your son thought of me, but I can’t marry him,” Seraphina spoke.
“Hmmm, is it because you are already married or maybe because you believe you can’t turn into a werewolf? If it is something like a crush on someone, then just meet my son, and you won’t have to worry,” the king spoke, his voice filled with pride.
“I guess that’s all we needed to talk about, so I will be taking my leave since someone is waiting for me,” Seraphina spoke as she gently stood up. Even without giving a direct answer, the meaning of her words was clear; she didn’t even want to talk about that.
“Haha, just meet my son, and I am sure you would fall in love all over again. But since you are in a hurry now, he will have to meet you next time.
Anyway, I hope we have a long and fulfilling relationship.” As the werewolf was speaking, they began to walk away, then Seraphina nodded towards him and flew towards Jayden.
“Heh, do you even remember how I killed that vampire while he was running away just after seeing my muscles? You should have seen that.” The gossip of the werewolves was still going just as strong; they had completely ignored Jayden.
“Yeah, they look so ugly that even goblins might feel shy, hehe,” another wolf spoke, but the others just looked at him; they were all lying, but not this much.
“You came to see me?” Suddenly a voice sounded from behind them; it was like music. They were all immediately entranced by it as all of them turned around immediately and saw Seraphina talking to Jayden.
“Sob, why are vampires so handsome? I wish I could also have a beautiful girl, but most werewolf women are just brutes with bodies even bigger than ours, and the few that are beautiful won’t even look at us.” Suddenly, all of them were feeling quite depressed.
“Yes, I wanted to know—” Jayden began to speak.
“Wait, let’s move away from here first,” Seraphina said. Seeing him nod, they flew away from there immediately since the werewolf king was keeping an eye on both of them.
“Hmmm, interesting. He is indeed quite strong. Maybe it’s a good thing we signed that peace agreement, or we would have faced two such monsters at the same time,” the werewolf king spoke while shaking his head, then he stood up and walked away.

Jayden explained everything to Seraphina on their way to the witch planet. He also told her about the soul medicine, and luckily, she had it with her.
After they arrived back, Jayden waited outside her house since he was in a hurry, as Seraphina went to fetch the medicine. After she came out with a bottle in hand that looked empty at first glance, she just looked at Jayden.
“Tell me what you need in exchange for that?” Jayden asked, understanding the meaning behind her gaze.
“I don’t need anything right now, but in the future, I am going to need your help, though I can’t explain it now,” she replied, her voice calm.
“Okay, I’ll help you out in the future whenever you call me since this would be the second time you are helping me,” Jayden promised.
Seraphina passed the small bottle to him and didn’t speak any further since he needed to go back immediately.
