Chapter 770: Preparations
Jayden pushed open the door and walked inside the puppet witch’s office.
“Hoh! I wasn’t expecting to see you so soon. You already took care of those people, right? The things you saw there must have been quite surprising. Well, the same was the case with me- I haven’t seen anything like that in such a long time.”
The puppet witch spoke as she looked at Jayden with a smile and gestured for him to sit. Then, she began to fill a cup for him with coffee.
“Yeah, I had not expected anything like that, but do you know the reason why that place even existed?” Jayden asked as he picked up the cup of coffee and placed it to the side.
“No, we tried to find out, but we were only able to discover that the Coven leader was trying to meet the people who are organizing this competition,” the puppet witch spoke with a satisfied smile.
“The organizers? Who are they?” Jayden questioned, with curiosity in his voice.
“They are six beings who control the time and space of our entire universe, although they never intervene in anything happening in the universe unless the situation is too out of hand.
But they are organizing this tournament, probably with some objective in mind,” she replied as she filled another cup of hot coffee, began to drink it herself, and gestured for Jayden to drink too.
“So, he managed to meet those people? Do you know why he even wanted to meet them? What could he possibly want from them?” Jayden asked, then he picked up his cup and took a sip of the coffee.
“No, it’s not that easy to meet them, though I am sure sooner or later he would be able to meet them,” the witch replied.
“I see. Do you not know the reason behind this?” he asked further.
“I am not exactly sure, but I do have a wild guess,” the puppet witch spoke. Then she paused, placed the cup of coffee away, and looked at Jayden with a serious expression before she continued:
“The leaders of many races sometimes offer different things to those six beings that could be used as the reward for the one who wins.
Since it is the reward for such a big tournament, they only select something that is very unique and has great value.
If those six accept something from a race to be used as a reward, then that race in return will be able to obtain many more benefits.
I feel like the reason why the Coven leader even wanted to meet them was because of this reason, though this is just a guess, so I might as well be wrong,” the puppet witch spoke, then she laughed at the end to lighten the mood.
‘First he was trying to create something similar to the Dimensional Stone and now this reward thing. Just what is that person planning? I have a bad feeling about this, yet I can’t do anything about it right now,’
Jayden thought as a frown appeared on his face, and he now had even more questions.
“Anyway, there is still some time before the competition starts. No need to get all tense already. Though most races have long since started to prepare for it, like ourselves,” she said. Then, changing her tone, she spoke:
“Well, I am sure you are not here to gossip about those things. Tell me, why did you come to meet me?”
“I want to take all the prisoners you have and those of the races you are in good relations with…” Jayden explained it to her. She listened patiently, then the puppet witch spoke:
“Well, you know, these big decisions can only be made by our Queen, though I doubt she will refuse this request of yours. I wonder why Mother is putting her faith completely in just a single being?” Her last words were just a whisper.
“Okay, you can talk to her. Inform me once you have an answer,” Jayden spoke, then he stood up. He decided to take the prisoners from the other races too.
“Yes, I will do that,” the puppet witch replied as Jayden disappeared from her sight.

First, Jayden decided to visit the Beast Planet. He was literally the king there, so he wouldn’t need anyone’s permission to do whatever he wished.
He opened a portal and passed through it, and in the next moment, he was floating in the air, looking down at the people of the beast race.
In such a short time, a lot of changes had occurred there, and now the beast race was actually progressing. The people seemed happier, and there were proper rules.
Even though he had killed all the prisoners in that underground prison the last time he was here, Jayden was sure that those weren’t the most dangerous criminals or prisoners- they wouldn’t have been kept so lightly.
Even the old man wouldn’t be able to handle the strongest prisoners who had been there for quite a long time.
Jayden decided to meet with the old man who, aside from helping Caleb, spent most of his time with his daughter, whom he had met after so many years.
Jayden didn’t want to take too much time, so he explained everything to the old man and just asked for the location of those beings.
“Thank you for everything, King.”
The old man bowed in front of Jayden as he flew away from there and disappeared soon. His daughter was also looking at Jayden in amazement. She couldn’t believe he actually was their king, even though he looked so gentle and young.
Without much difficulty, Jayden found the place. It was quite heavily guarded, so Jayden sent all the guards on holiday for some time. Most of them were strong, after all- they needed to watch over such strong prisoners.
Then Jayden began to walk around the place and check all the creatures captured there. They were all from different races, but one thing was common among all of them- they were all quite strong.
All the prisoners were properly restrained there, which made it much easier for Jayden to move them all into the Nether world. Then he informed the old man about it and disappeared from the Beast Planet.
“The next is going to be the Goblin Planet,” Jayden mumbled, then he opened a portal to that planet and instantly arrived there.
Jayden sensed Gunter’s presence and teleported to meet him, who was seated inside a room and was busy eating.
After seeing Jayden there, he bowed respectfully, and others did the same, since Gunter had already informed everyone about Jayden’s status, which was even higher than his own.
Jayden then ordered them to bring him to the place where all the strongest prisoners were kept. So, putting a stop to his eating, which wouldn’t have ended anytime soon, Gunter led Jayden to the prison.
Within a few minutes, they arrived at a place where several strong presences could be felt. Each and every person there was strong and had a story of their own.
