“Jayden, there is something important that you should know now,” Anna’s voice sounded in Jayden’s head.
He had already sent Leto back to her room, and Hera was in deep sleep on the bed. Everything in the room was back to normal, with no hint of the chaos that had just taken place there.
‘It would be fine to leave her here; she would be awake quite soon anyway, but I wonder what kind of reaction she would have after waking up, she looked pretty happy the past three days. ‘
He thought, but even when Zeus and Hera woke up, they wouldn’t be able to talk about everything that had happened.
Hera could not share that she had just cheated on Zeus, right in front of him, at that.
And Zeus couldn’t say that he was dreaming about his wives getting involved with someone else; for Zeus, it was impossible for his wives to betray him, so he could never even think that it was all reality.
Then Jayden disappeared from there and teleported back to his room, after which he removed his control over Apollo, who had been frozen for almost three days while watching that torturous scene.
“Tell me, what is it?” Jayden asked. He decided to take a bath while talking to her.
“You must be aware that there are beings who control or, let’s say, manage everything in the universe—things like space and time, right?” Anna asked, putting her thoughts into words.
“Yeah, aren’t they the ones who have to clean up everything if something goes wrong in the timelines or something like that happens?” Jayden spoke as he was about to walk into the bathroom.
KNOCK KNOCK
A light knock sounded on the door, and Jayden knew exactly who it was.
It was noon, so most people on Mount Olympus were busy with their work.
Jayden teleported directly in front of the door and opened it.
“H- Hey, Jayden, I haven’t seen you in a while,” Elara spoke, looking at him with a shy smile.
“Yes, I have been a little busy recently. Actually, I was just about to take a bath. Do you have something to talk about?” Jayden asked.
“N- Not really, I just wanted to see you. I- If you don’t mind, I can help you.” Elara said, then without waiting for Jayden to reply, she rushed into the house with hurried steps.
Closing the door, Jayden walked inside; Elara had already gone into the bathroom.
‘Sigh, not again. I am not even in the mood right now,’ he thought and walked into the bathroom.
Thankfully, Elara still had her clothes on—for now, at least.
Then she enthusiastically helped Jayden take his clothes off and began to help him wash up, getting herself wet in the process.
Without paying much attention to her, Jayden questioned in his head:
‘Let’s continue from where we left off.’
“Hmmm, you were correct; those beings are responsible for all that. So listen carefully to everything I am about to tell you, and while listening, don’t let your mind wander, or it might lead to problems,” Anna said in a serious tone.
Jayden glanced towards Elara, and after a while, he asked her to leave, using Hera’s name.
So, even though Elara felt disappointed, she left the bathroom, but not before touching Jayden’s body to her heart’s content.
“There are six beings who have been in control of our entire universe for quite a long time. When they are together, they are almost omnipotent and invincible.
However, those six started off as weak too and kept climbing up until they reached a position so high.
But even after reaching that height, they were still under others. So they killed different beings who originally held power over various aspects of the universe, like the Time God, the Nether Lord, the First Dragon, and others.
Although their combined strength still couldn’t match those powerful beings, through very long preparations—spending hundreds of years just to kill one of them—they were finally able to kill their first target.
That was just the beginning; after a long time, they reached heights that were way higher than their previous selves, becoming the controllers of the universe.
Yet there was one being who was above them, someone whom they couldn’t defeat even with everything they had accumulated, whether together or after hundreds of years of planning.
Anyway, first, you need to know about these six beings. Be careful while listening to this part, okay?” Anna paused and warned him again.
Jayden couldn’t understand why she was worrying so much, but he knew better than to doubt her.
So with a nod, he put his full concentration on her words after walking out of the bathroom and putting his clothes on.
“These six beings divided the control over various aspects of the universe.
The first is The Timekeeper, who controls the flow of time, aging, and the entirety of reality, allowing them to rewind, fast-forward, pause, and manipulate the timeline.
He oversees the clockwork of the universe, ensuring the proper sequence of events and making sure nothing goes wrong with the timelines.
The second is The Architect, who shapes and manipulates space, gravity, and the structure of the universe, creating wormholes, black holes, and altering geometry.
He designs and constructs the cosmic landscape, or, in simple terms, he is responsible for lifeforms, balancing harmony and chaos.
The third is The Energizer, who manages and regulates energy, matter, and the fundamental forces of nature, creating stars, explosions, and manipulating gravity and electromagnetism.
He is responsible for all kinds of energies, even life energy.
The fourth is The Weaver, who alters probability, reality, and causality, manipulating fate, creating alternate realities, and altering the odds of any event.
He is the one who holds the thread of fate of all beings; he also has a certain power over life and death.
The fifth is The Nexus, who connects and manages relationships, empathy, and the web of life, creating bonds between beings, manipulating emotions, and controlling networks of existence.
He nurtures the formation of community, fostering unity and understanding, even in family relationships; his power goes deeper than it sounds.
The sixth and the last is The Chronicler, who records, maintains, and safeguards the history of the universe, memories, and knowledge, allowing him to access any past event, manipulate records, and see into the collective unconscious.
He preserves the legacy of existence, highlighting the past and guiding the future; his abilities aren’t any weaker than the Timekeeper’s.”
Anna paused again, giving Jayden some time to fully grasp her explanation, and there was a reason why she kept telling him to be careful.
“Timekeeper controls time, The Architect controls natural forces, black holes, and more, The Energizer has control over various kinds of energy, The Weaver controls fate, The Nexus controls relationships, emotions, and more, and The Chronicler is like a historian or something,”
Jayden repeated what Anna had just told him; it was not exactly difficult to understand or remember.
“Then why have you been asking me to be careful before telling me all this?” Jayden asked before Anna could continue.
