Chapter 75: Qingwu and Liu Xue Leave The Xia Family Manor
With the communication talisman dispatched, the weight of the world seemed to lift from Wang Li’s shoulders. He let out a long breath, feeling lighter than before.
“What do you think?” Xia Bingling asked, her voice a gentle caress. “Will Sect Leader Huang listen to the warning?”
Wang Li shrugged, a wry smile playing on his lips. “Who knows? Maybe he’ll listen, maybe he won’t. But if he doesn’t, then whatever happens to the Stone Mountain Sect…” he trailed off, letting the implication hang heavy in the air. “He’ll have no one to blame but himself.”
The truth was, he desperately hoped the warning would land. He didn’t want Ye Fan to get away with potentially causing more harm, nor did he want the Stone Mountain Sect to suffer any further.
He quickly changed the subject, his eyes flickering with a hint of nervousness. “Let’s put the Stone Mountain Sect and Ye Fan out of our minds for now. How do you think Qingwu’s journey is going? How long do you reckon it’ll take for her to reach the Jade Lotus Palace?”
A gentle smile graced Xia Bingling’s lips. “Considering the speed of their flying swords, they should be there by now.”
“Ah, right,” Wang Li chuckled awkwardly.
Wang Li nodded, remembering Qingwu, Xia Bingling’s daughter and his lover Xia Qingwu had departed from the Xia Family Manor yesterday morning, accompanied by her senior sister Liu Xue, on a mission to the Jade Lotus Palace sect.
Qingwu was aiming to become a Core Disciple of the Jade Lotus Palace.
Liu Xue, who is already a Core Disciple herself, had accompanied Qingwu to guide and prepare her for the test to become a Core Disciple of the Jade Lotus Palace. It would likely take Qingwu a week to complete the test and return home.
The air crackled with unspoken desire as Wang Li’s gaze drifted towards Xia Bingling. She, too, seemed to sense the shift in the atmosphere. A delicate blush crept up her neck as he moved closer, his voice a husky whisper.
“Now that I think about it…” he began, his fingers trailing along her arm, sending shivers down her spine. “Qingwu and Liu Xue aren’t here to interrupt us today. Perhaps…we could indulge in some overdue…satisfaction?”
Xia Bingling’s blush deepened. “Wang Li,” she stammered, a mixture of desire and apprehension in her voice. “At least…take me to my room. we can’t be doing this in the garden!” she trailed off, her voice betraying her conflicting emotions.
A sly grin spread across Wang Li’s face. He knew he had her right where he wanted her. Scooping her up effortlessly in a princess carry, he whispered, “Consider it done, my love.”
With a mischievous glint in his eye, he bypassed the main entrance and navigated towards Xia Bingling’s private chambers through a secluded window. He knew the layout of the manor well, courtesy of their clandestine meetings.
Inside the room, the air hung heavy with unspoken desires. The room, usually decorated with Xia Bingling’s refined taste, seemed to transform into a haven of passion. They wasted no time, their clothes discarded in a flurry of hurried movements.
For hours, the room pulsed with the rhythm of their forbidden love. Wang Li, fueled by a mix of desire and adrenaline, explored every inch of Xia Bingling’s exquisite form, coaxing moans and gasps from her lips. She, in turn, surrendered to his touch, her inhibitions melting away like snowflakes in the sun.
As the afternoon sun began its descent, casting long shadows across the room, their passionate dance finally reached its climax. They collapsed onto the plush bed, breathless and spent. A comfortable silence settled between them, a silent testament to the intensity of their shared experience.
Wang Li snuggled closer to Xia Bingling, tracing patterns on her bare arm.
He wasn’t sure how much time had passed, but the soft golden hues filtering through the window suggested it must be late afternoon.
“We should probably get cleaned up,” he murmured, his voice husky from exertion.
Xia Bingling giggled softly, her eyes sparkling with a mischievous glint.
Wang Li’s suggestion hung heavy in the air, a welcome reprieve from the intensity of their encounter. Yet, a playful glint flickered in Xia Bingling’s eyes. “Perhaps,” she agreed, her voice a husky purr. “But first…”
She trailed off, her hand trailing down his chest in a slow, deliberate caress. A shiver shot down Wang Li’s spine as her fingers brushed against a particularly sensitive spot. He leaned into her touch, a low groan escaping his lips.
“First,” she continued, her voice barely a whisper as she leaned in close, her lips brushing against his ear, “we need to cool down a bit.”
With a mischievous grin, she led him towards the bathroom, a luxurious haven of marble and shimmering tiles. The double doors swung open silently, revealing a steamy oasis. A large, claw-footed bathtub dominated the center of the room, beckoning them with an almost irresistible allure.
Wang Li’s breath hitched as he gazes at Xia Bingling’s naked body, glancing at those enticing curves of her body.
Her movements were deliberate, whether it was the sway of her hips or those jiggling large breasts, each one seemed to stoke the embers of desire that still flickered within him.
He followed her into the bathroom, the door closing softly behind them with a click. The warm air, infused with the delicate scent of lavender bath salts, enveloped them in a cocoon of intimacy.
Xia Bingling turned towards him, her eyes gleaming with a playful invitation. “Let’s make this a bit more interesting, shall we?” she suggested, her voice laced with a playful challenge.
Before Wang Li could respond, she reached out and dipped a soft washcloth into the steaming water. With a gentle touch, she began wiping away the remnants of their passion from his chest, her movements slow and deliberate.
Every touch sent a jolt of electricity through Wang Li’s body. The coolness of the washcloth contrasted with the burning heat of her touch, creating an intoxicating sensation. He closed his eyes, letting out a soft moan as she trailed the washcloth down his torso, her body pressed flush against his.
“See,” she purred, her voice barely a whisper against his ear, “much more refreshing, wouldn’t you agree?”
Wang Li could only nod, his voice lost in a haze of desire. He reached out, his hand finding its way to the curve of her hip, drawing her even closer. He could feel the warmth of her skin through the thin silk of her undergarments, the press of her body against his sending a delicious shiver down his spine.
Their movements became a silent dance, a sensual exploration fueled by unspoken desires. Xia Bingling continued her ministrations, her touch lingering on every inch of his body, her every movement designed to arouse. He, in turn, reciprocated, his hands tracing the delicate curves of her back, his touch sending shivers down her spine.
As they cleansed each other, the air crackled with a forbidden electricity. The bathroom, once a place of simple routine, had transformed into a sensual battleground, a testament to the intensity of their forbidden love.
The line between cleaning and foreplay blurred, their bodies a canvas upon which they painted their desires.
When they finally emerged from the steamy depths of the bathtub, cleansed and renewed,, both Wang Li and Xia Bingling were a vision of elegance.
Xia Bingling had donned a flowing gown of emerald green, with the rich color clinging lovingly to her curves and highlighting her slender waist.
Delicate embroidery of silver thread danced across the bodice, mimicking the delicate vines that snaked up the walls of the manor’s gardens. Her hair, usually worn loose, was now pinned up in a graceful style, leaving a few tendrils to curl around her face in a way that was both sophisticated and subtly seductive.
Wang Li, in turn, had traded his usual training robes for a silk shirt in a deep midnight blue. The fabric shimmered with a subtle sheen, catching the fading light of the afternoon sun.
The sharp, tailored cut accentuated his broad shoulders and toned physique. He ran a hand through his hair.
The heat of their encounter still clung to him, a stark contrast to the cool composure they needed to maintain in public.
Hunger pangs rumbled in Wang Li’s stomach, reminding him of the more mundane aspects of life. “Shall we head down to the dining hall?” he suggested, offering Xia Bingling his arm.
A soft smile graced her lips as she linked hers with his. “Lead the way,” she replied, the playful glint in her eyes betraying the lingering passion from their recent escapade.
The walk to the dining hall was filled with stolen glances and veiled touches, a silent language known only to them. They navigated the hallways, their laughter echoing softly off the stone walls, a stark contrast to the usual decorum of the Xia family manor.
As they entered the dining hall, the chatter among the other cultivators momentarily subsided. All eyes turned to Xia Bingling, the matriarch of the family, and her handsome son in law.
Wang Li returned the greetings with a polite smile. This balancing act of forbidden love and social appearances was a constant tightrope walk.
