Stark stood firm, facing the apostle, Olikar, whose form seemed to darken the very sky, crimson clouds appearing above.
The wind howled between them, but Stark’s focus never wavered as the battle between human and apostle reached its critical point.
Hovering above Stark was the manifestation of his inner power: [EGO], a demon formed from his aura and raw will.
Its giant form loomed like a dark guardian, ready to strike at Stark’s command.
The [EGO] demon’s eyes glowed with the same crimson intensity as Stark’s, and the anticipation for what was to come filled the air with a near-electric charge.
Olikar, in contrast, was unyielding.
His [Eclipse] Blast continued to charge, a godly skill capable of erasing anything in its path.
The apostle’s eyes gleamed with malicious confidence as the dark energy swirled around him, growing stronger with each passing second.
“Do you think your demon will make a difference, human?” Olikar’s voice boomed, taunting Stark with arrogance, “This Eclipse Blast will obliterate everything, demon, clones, and you along with them!”
Yet Stark remained unfazed.
His grin, wide and audacious, only grew more intense.
Olikar didn’t know what was coming.
~FWISH, DASH!~
And he did something crazy: instead of trying to escape the blast, he rushed toward it.
Olikar almost believed that he wanted to commit suicide of desperation at this point.
“HAHA, THINK THAT THING CAN HURT ME?” he noticed that giant demon above Stark ready to swing, “DOESN’T MATTER, MY ECLIPSE BLAST WILL TAKE YOU ALL!”
Meanwhile, the [Ultimate Clone] wasn’t doing nothing.
Actually, it was preparing the terrain for what was bound to come in the next thirty seconds.
First of all, it summoned the crimson [Wielding Cross] above it, then used [Crushing Gravity] to send the cross in the air, and as Olikar wasn’t moving, it was much easier to aim directly aim.
Then the clone charged up [Aura Smash Merge] to send a giant crimson fist made out of three fists toward the apostle, and finally, it summoned the [Spear Judgement] from the [Crimson Spears], sending it at the apostle.
And to finish all of it, it sent a [Crimson Transmissino Ball] too, creating the small crimson ball in its hands and throwing it.
The ball landed behind Olikar, unnoticed by the apostle, whose focus was solely on charging his godly attack.
[Teleport point set]
But Olikar, too consumed with the power of his Eclipse Blast, merely laughed as he saw all the attacks.
“Futile! Send everything you have! It’s all meaningless! My Eclipse Blast will erase it all!” His voice boomed with certainty, dark energy swirling faster around his colossal form.
The apostle was no stranger to overwhelming power.
This skill had been the ace up his sleeve in countless battles within the Colosseum, a place where even the most hardened warriors had fallen to its devastating force.
It was a godly-tier ability, one that had earned him the title of the strongest within this tower, and to be acknowledged by the Godless Demon.
He knew it wouldn’t let him down.
[Eclypse Blast is fully charged!]
With a maniacal grin, Olikar prepared to unleash the destructive force.
“GOODBYE, HUMAN!” he roared, his voice echoing across the tower’s top.
The beam of utter darkness started to form in his hands, pulsating with raw, lethal energy.
But Stark remained undeterred.
His grin didn’t falter. In fact, it widened.
“Goodbye? No… Goodbye to you.”
In an instant, the [EGO] demon that hovered above Stark acted.
The massive being clasped its hands together, mirroring its master’s intention.
Both Stark and the [EGO] demon’s eyes flared with an ominous, crimson aura as they prepared to unleash something truly catastrophic.
“NEGATE EXPLOSION!” Stark shouted, his voice cutting through the wind.
[Description: By using the user’s will, he can make his own body errupt and thus negate any ability surrounding him in a close radius thanks to the EGO demon.]
A shockwave erupted from Stark’s body as his aura flared, surging outward in a violent eruption.
The small explosion hit Olikar directly, that is one of the reasons Stark got closer after all.
“Wha—?!”
Before Olikar could react, his Eclipse Blast flickered, then faltered.
His expression twisted into disbelief as the beam of dark energy he had painstakingly charged was abruptly canceled, shattered by Stark’s perk.
[Eclipse Blast has been negated by EGO.]
Olikar’s mouth opened, shock plastered across his face, “What the fuck—”
BOOM! BOOM! BAM!
Before he could recover, Olikar was bombarded by every attack the Ultimate Clone had prepared.
The [Crushing Gravity] cross smashed down from above, the aura fists pounded against him relentlessly, and the [Spear of Judgment] impaled him with devastating force.
“-1,058,213!”
The damage was staggering, and for the first time, the apostle was genuinely hurt.
[Olikar HP: 434,684/2,000,000]
His powerful body, built through centuries of battle, trembled as cracks began to appear on his armor.
Olikar roared in agony, his massive frame momentarily buckling under the combined assault.
But the assault wasn’t over yet.
~SNAP~
With a swift motion, the clone snapped its fingers, activating the teleportation it had set up moments before.
In an instant, the clone materialized behind Olikar, grabbing the apostle’s head in a death grip.
“YOU LITTLE—” Olikar snarled, but before he could even swing his sword to kill both humans…
FWISH! PUNCH!
Stark’s fist came crashing into Olikar’s face, the force sending the apostle flying across the arena.
-125271!
[Olikar HP: 309,413/2,000,000]
Olikar’s massive form slammed into one of the tower’s walls, the impact spreading cracks across the stone surface.
He nearly toppled over the edge, his body barely clinging to the crumbling platform.
The very ground beneath their feet trembled, unable to withstand the intensity of the fight.
The fissures widened, threatening to shatter the arena entirely.
[Warning: The Colosseum Tower may collapse if you continue.]
But Stark didn’t care, he was far from done.
His aura surged as he charged toward Olikar, ready to deliver the finishing blow.
The apostle was battered, bleeding, and for the first time, truly cornered.
This was it. Victory was within reach.
But as Stark closed in, something changed.
Olikar’s eyes snapped open, blazing with an intensity Stark hadn’t seen before.
The apostle’s lips curled into a savage grin, blood running down his face.
“You think… this is the end, human?” he growled, rising to his feet despite the damage.
“Let me show you… why they call me the Colosseum’s Strongest.”
Without warning, Olikar’s body began to radiate a godly, overwhelming energy.
His injured form straightened as the air around him shifted, thick with the weight of pure chaos power.
The dark aura surrounding him multiplied, swirling with chaotic fury as his muscles bulged.
Olikar lifted his sword high into the air, and the atmosphere itself seemed to bow under the weight of his transformation.
“BEHOLD!” Olikar roared, his voice echoing across the battlefield; “THE COLOSSEUM’S STRONGEST!”
With a blinding flash, his form shifted, growing even larger, his red skin now a deep, glowing crimson, veins of shadow energy coursing through his entire body.
His sword, now twice as large, crackled with godly energy, ready to decimate anything in its path.
Stark skidded to a halt, his eyes narrowing as he gazed at Olikar’s new form.
The apostle’s transformation was complete, his aura now nearly suffocating in its intensity.
This was Olikar’s true power, a form that had earned him the title of the Colosseum’s Strongest.
For a moment, the two warriors stood still, their auras clashing in the storm of energy that now engulfed the tower.
Stark clenched his fists, feeling the weight of the challenge before him.
This was it—the final test. A true battle between a human who had defied fate and a godlike apostle who ruled the Colosseum.
And neither was ready to back down.
