But he did not elicit any response from her. Not even a single moan.
I will crush you! Break your arms! Your legs! Then I’ll make you watch while I violate every fucking hole this bitch has…”
He was sharply interrupted from his screams when the very woman he had held captive came running.
She suddenly lifted the back of her skull onto his chin.
Leon passively noticed her ruby red eyes that he had read described in the novel and had seen pictures of
They were now visibly darker crimson,
A despair that almost burned inside those expanding pools of crimson that had managed to surprise even him.
Emilia didn’t leave there.
Trapped in self-pity, waiting for someone to save her
The boy in front of her ignited a spark within her soul
Sparks determined to make it fire and make whoever harmed it burn with it
She screamed in absolute rage and then clamped down hard on her attackers exposed forearm.
Her teeth tear through soft flesh, staining red what was once pearly white,
As she clenched her jaw tightly and tore off part of the man’s skin.
‘There’s no way’ she practically screamed in her thoughts.
There was no way she would let him talk to her like that
There was no way she would ever feel this helpless again
And certainly none of these bastards would be able to have their way with her
She growled like a tigress,
While she practically ignored the bitter taste of metal running over her tongue and the loud cries of pain emanating from her captor.
A sharp pain flared up in the back of her head
She indifferently realized that she had been beaten by the angry Thug,
But she ignored that, too. It doesn’t matter.
He left.
What happened next was a blur
And the second it hit the ground,
A disgusting tearing sound echoed from behind her. Her attackers stopped screaming in pain immediately after a short while.
She wondered for a moment how the stranger boy had killed this bastard.
When a headless body fell next to her, the neck stump squirted blood in a manner similar to what happens when someone hits an artery
I knew right away that he was the one who did it and it’s not like there was anyone else here
Emilia didn’t know what made her turn her head to look at him again
But she immediately regretted the decision.
Leon watched in amazement at the severed head
Fresh blood still seeped from his torn neck with an unsettling indifference
Emotionless violet eyes studied the man’s frozen expression before Leon shrugged and then threw his head back unceremoniously.
I landed opposite her and rolled to a stop.
Emilia immediately paled and looked around at the other corpses surrounding them for a split second.
Suddenly, as if all at once, it hit her.
She lost a little of her composure and immediately bent down and shamefully emptied the contents of her stomach.
She heard Leon’s shoe steps tapping on the ground with every step until he stood in front of her
When she vomited again
Leon knelt down in front of her collapsed form and looked at her without words
Can you stand?” he asked after a short silence
Emilia didn’t respond.
He resisted the urge to sigh, and reached for the jacket the headless body was now wearing
He tore a clean piece of cloth from it.
Emilia found herself unable to speak
She was at a complete loss for words as Leon almost hesitantly lifted the torn cloth to her chin and began to wipe away the trace of spit and vomit that had stained it.
He did all this while wearing the same blank facade, never making eye contact with her.
For a moment neither of them spoke.
“…Why?” The woman, still shaken, began to barely breathe. “Why did you kill them?”
Emilia was no stranger to killing. She had been living for a year inside the southern part of the human domain
I have witnessed such violations many times
But every time she avoided everything that happened so that she would not be the next on the list of mentally ill and criminals in this place
Leon’s lips formed into a thin line, and his hands stopped what they were doing for a brief moment as he decided how to respond to her.
“Because they were going to rape you.” He said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
“Death is quick and easy, and I have found that there are many fates worse than sleeping forever.”
“Your fate was one among many,” he added.
Leon finished cleaning the disheveled-haired woman’s face, put away the now dirty makeshift cloth and then stood to he full, majestic height.
“Contrary to what you probably think after seeing what I can do.”
“I am not heartless enough to allow anyone to suffer a fate worse than death.”
Emilia looked at the outstretched hand that was hovering a few inches away from her
Slowly, almost hesitantly, she reached out and took it. She indifferently noticed how his palms were strangely soft
But at the same time she radiated a somewhat strange warmth.
She could have knocked them unconscious or done something else… something that wasn’t this…”
She weakly pointed at the mutilated bodies surrounding them while he also helped her stand
Despite everything she has seen in this part of the human world, she is a civilian in the end, and everything she has lived through for a whole year and up to the present moment was too much for her.
Leon added, “Would you have allowed the same thing to happen to someone else? If so, for what purpose?”
Leon shook his head. “So what? They would wake up sooner or later and either hunt us down or find someone else to torture us.”
After thinking, Leon added, “Is it support for some kind of moral law? To separate right from wrong?”
Emilia desperately tried to fight him. I thought, ‘Killing was wrong no matter what the goal was.’ Who is he, she, anyone, to take another person’s life? They were not gods’
‘so why’
‘Why why why’ and she couldn’t find it within her to really care
“As I told you before,” Leon said.
“Everything is destined to be unfair. Life and death. Right and wrong…they are meaningless concepts. In the end, each of us has his own destiny.”
He walked over to the corpse still holding the knife and bowed. Emilia couldn’t help but flinch as he quickly pulled out the bloody weapon;
There was a sticky trail of blood hanging between it and the jagged wound.
“There are no moral rules, not really. In the end there is only survival and what you are willing to do to secure yourself.”
These were not Leon’s words, but he had read this line at an earlier event in the novel and it had been stuck in his head ever since he found himself in this world.
In fact, these were his inner words that pushed him forward
These words were what made him endure all the pain in order to evolve

_______________________
Well, this is another part of Emilia Clarke, and there are three more parts left. The next chapter has the same title, and the next one is another title, while the last of them goes back to the same original titles. I hope you understand that.
I think I’m out of habit, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
While others put the parts consecutively and sequentially, meaning I have to title all the upcoming chapters with the same title, but I prefer not to be like other people, but more distinct.
I’m just kidding, it’s not that I want to be more special, like something like that, I just follow my thoughts and do what makes sense and not just write and write mindlessly.
You see, as long as the part is not related to Emilia Clarke, then I will not put her name in the title. I mean, what is the point of that chapter if it does not talk about her? So why will I do that? Will I make you read it? Definitely no.
There are always some events that happen within an event, and if you are wondering what is so important in the chapter between Emilia Clarke’s chapters…
I will just say that the matter is very important, and that chapter talks about the reason that made Leon a cold-blooded killer overnight.
You don’t expect him to kill them so easily because that’s the easiest thing with a set of stupid skills. Don’t be a fool, my friend, it’s not like that.
If that were the case, he would not have been subjected to the same reaction in the chapter called the first murder. You would have found that he killed him and we were done
The important thing is to take care of yourself and see you in the next chapter
To be continued in the next chapter
