Chapter 217: Disgusting Brothel
Inside Delphine’s office:
“Are you ready?” Delphine asked, casting a glance at Aether, who was now adorned in a pristine white uniform that gave him the appearance of a noble student. ‘He looks really different in every outfit,’ Delphine mused silently, her eyes catching something on his neck.
“Why is she clinging to your neck like that?” she asked, raising an eyebrow.
Aether awkwardly smiled, his eyes shifting to Snowflake, who was curled around his neck as if she had no intention of letting go.
The previous day, he had instructed her to wait in the principal’s house while he retrieved a few things, but circumstances had escalated, and he had somewhat forgotten about her. Now, she was sulking and clinging to his neck.
“Well, whatever…” Delphine shrugged, deciding that as long as Snowflake didn’t cause a commotion, it was fine. She was about to leave the office when Aether moved to block the door.
“…What’s wrong?”
“That’s what I want to know,” he said, his expression serious. Up until now, she hadn’t given him any affection points, and he started to wonder if his log was malfunctioning with her and Celestia.
For Celestia even if she was heartless still she showed her affection directly there was no way it was just an act and even more her log says she loves him…. so she must have had the affection, right?
But it didn’t! So, it must be something else!
“Hmm?” Delphine frowned, not understanding Aether’s sudden actions.
Aether stepped forward, standing directly in front of Delphine with a look of determination. “Did I do something to hurt you?”
“…What are–”
“Please,” Aether interrupted, shaking his head, “I can feel it. Even though you’re this close to me…. it feels like there’s a distance between us. Why?”
Aether genuinely wanted to understand what had transpired.
Although he could resort to his usual tricks, Delphine was one of the few people who cared about him differently from others. He didn’t want to taint that unique feeling.
Despite everything, he was still a good guy at heart!
Delphine simply shrugged, “Why would we be close?” She moved away from Aether, exiting the room as she bit her trembling lip.
Aether blinked a few times, sighed, and then waved his hand before his face, causing a mask to materialize. He followed her silently.
…
….
“Okay, students. As you all know, his name is Victor, and he will be attending classes for the remainder of the four-year term. Please be friendly with him,” Delphine announced to the class. Victor stood before everyone, his hands casually resting in his pockets.
Delphine glared at him, prompting him to say something, but Victor merely shrugged and walked to an empty spot in the front row, sitting down with an air of elegance.
The atmosphere was tense as the chosen ones glared at Victor, their expressions a mix of curiosity and hostility. Victor, however, didn’t seem to care. Snowflake, perched on his neck, hissed angrily, her presence commanding silence from the others.
Soon, the class resumed, the tension slowly dissipating. Victor, eager to learn about this new world, intently took notes, his focus unwavering.
This surprised a few who had assumed he would be a rebellious and uninterested student.
He absorbed numerous details about the Aerionis Zephyra Empire, particularly its complex structure and elemental properties.
This world/Empire had a strong affinity for Air Elemental properties, allowing air-related races such as Sylphs, Harpies, various Elves, and Demi-humans to thrive in its environment.
Victor smiled, intrigued, and raised his hand to ask about these ‘Air Elemental properties.’
Delphine’s stern expression softened briefly into a smile before she masked it again with her usual authoritative look,

“Arcane Energy is a cluster of energy composed of different elements like air, water, fire, and others. In this world, the most prominent element is air, which is prevalent in the Arcane Energy clusters,” she explained, her voice measured and precise.
[Author’s Note: If you struggle to understand, Remember our Earth’s atmosphere contains, Nitrogen, Oxygen, CO2 and is similar each empire has the same Arcane energy [Atmosphere] but different Elemental quantities [Different composition Levels of Nitrogen, Oxygen, and CO2]… Still not able able to grasp comment me]
Victor’s lips twitched inwardly when the flow of affection abruptly ceased. He wasn’t sure what had caused the sudden stop, but he sighed inwardly, nodded in understanding, and continued taking notes diligently, his curiosity driving him to learn more.
As soon as classes ended and the students began to disperse, Victor dashed out of the classroom, his swift movements surprising everyone.
“Tsk, coward,” Thalia and Jack clicked their tongues in disdain, their eyes following Victor’s retreating figure, while Selene stared after him, her gaze thoughtful and intense.
…
….
Inside Aqualina’s room,
Aether meticulously tidied up, ensuring everything was in its proper place before handing her the neatly compiled homework documents.
Aqualina skimmed through the details, her eyes scanning the pages quickly, while Aether gazed out the window, his mind preoccupied with thoughts of Celestia.
He didn’t want her secretly stalking him, her presence was always an unsettling mystery.
‘Where could she be?’ he wondered, his thoughts racing.
According to the list she told him, it was sure she watching him closely, and he was curious about her surveillance techniques,
‘I will learn that technique and Peek- ahem… I mean to use it to my advantage… for my future plans only!’ he resolved, his expression serious and determined.
“What are you thinking?” Aqualina asked curiously, her eyes lifting from the documents to study his face.
“Well… I’ve been wondering when you’ll take me to the brothel–”
SSsshhhhh
Before Aether could finish his sentence, a long, gleaming blue sword stabbed the wall, inches from his face. The sound was sharp and sudden, causing him to freeze in shock.
“P-Princess?” he stammered, his eyes wide with surprise.
“Nothing just a bug… ” Aqualina smiled a serene yet unsettling expression, “…and You don’t need to visit a disgusting brothel anymore, Aether,” she said calmly, her tone unwavering.
“Hmm? What do you mean? How can I seduce other Arcane queens? How can you become sovereign?” Aether asked, his voice a mix of innocence and shock.
Aqualina’s smile remained, making him think she didn’t care.
Then, her expression turned serious, her eyes glinting with a dangerous determination,
“We are changing the plan. There’s no need for you to seduce them!” she declared her voice firm.
“P-Princess? What do you mean?” Aether asked, confusion and unease creeping into his voice.
“I mean, I’m going to end them! It’s easier to kill them rather than seduce them….. It’s hard for you, you know!” Aqualina said with a determined expression, a dangerous glint in her eyes.
[+6000 Affection]
“….”
Aether stood speechless, his mind struggling to process the sudden shift in their plans, ‘Looks like I need to keep my act’ he thought.
