The air around them flickered as Aether’s abilities vanished. The red swords disappeared like it never appeared, and for a moment, the Dragon Army saw an opportunity.
They charged at him, pushing him away from the Dragon Emperor and dragging their leader to safety…. no, rather Dragon Emperor ran away!!
Aether didn’t care.
He didn’t need his powers…. Not anymore!!
With the Dragon Emperor’s horns gripped tightly in his bloodied hands, Aether fought like a demon-possessed.
His movements were savage and precise, each striking an act of vengeance as he punctured hearts, tore through flesh, and cut down everyone in his path.
His once-calm exterior had shattered, leaving behind a soul consumed by rage and despair. The only thought echoing in his mind was to kill the Dragon Emperor!
Kill him for what he took!!
Kill him for everything!!!
Nothing else mattered.
The Umbra(Dark) Domain increased exponentially as the people died in his hands….. turning the battlefield into a shadowy graveyard.
PUFF!
Chukkk!
“Arrrhh!”

…..
…
Blood sprayed through the air as bodies fell, their screams cut short.
Each gurgled cry, each twitch of the fallen, blurred into the next until nothing was left but silence broken by the sharp sound of Aether’s breath and the whisper of his name from across the battlefield.
“N-No…” Celestia whimpered, her voice barely audible amidst the carnage.
She saw him—the man she loved—being swallowed whole by his vengeance, fighting not with honour or strategy, but with the raw, destructive need to tear everything apart.
Her heart broke as she tried to move, but her legs failed her. Her entire body screamed in agony from the toll the battle had taken on her, “A-Aether… please… stop… please…”
She could see it now… the cracks on his body, like fragile porcelain about to shatter. His once god-like form was breaking down, inch by inch, threatening to crumble into nothing.
But Aether couldn’t stop.
How could he stop when everything that made him whole was gone?
His beloveds, the only ones who had ever mattered to him, lay cold and lifeless.
If he stopped, what was left for him?
He would either be an unforgivable monster who felt nothing, or he was a broken man, shattered beyond repair.
His body cracked and splintered with every movement, but he pushed through the pain. His rage was more potent than the agony in his limbs. The stench of blood, thick and suffocating, filled the air.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the battlefield went still…..Nothing moved but the broken sky above, still heavy with the energy of battle that Principal facing there.
Anyhow,
Step…
Step…..
Celestia’s breath caught in her throat as she saw a lone figure walking through the carnage….
It was Aether, drenched in blood, his face devoid of emotion. His eyes, once vibrant with life, now stared hollow and dead as he knelt before the broken bodies of Aria, Selene, Lia, and Snowflake.
Drip…
Tears of blood flowed from his eyes, running down his cheeks and mixing with the dirt and gore below him.
Aether gazed at them, his voice barely a whisper, trembling with emotion, “What should I do?” he asked…. His hands shook, his body weak.
“Wh-What should I do?” Aether repeated, his voice breaking, hollow. He felt the emptiness inside him growing, a void that threatened to swallow him whole.
To be honest, He wanted to die. To join them. But something kept him alive—a part of him that wouldn’t let go.
Celestia, her body too weak to stand, crawled toward him, her heart breaking as she watched him drown in his despair. Nyx, missing an arm, could only stare at Aether with pity. Ashara had vanished when the fight brake down between the dragons. Finnian, barely conscious, groaned in agony, while Kai and Vesperine clung to the last threads of life.
Aether’s blood-soaked tears continued to fall.
Aether’s chest tightened as he choked on the words, “W-Will I… heh… ever see your love again, Sel? Will you smile at me? Y-Your unconditional love… I-I don’t deserve it, but I need it… Selene, p-please… don’t leave me…” His voice cracked as he leaned closer, his hand trembling over her cold, lifeless body, “You… Hehehe… y-you’re breaking me.”
He swallowed hard, forcing himself to speak as the tears burned in his eyes, “Heh.. A-Aria… I swear, I’ll be honest with you from now on…Hehe… Just… just trust me one more time, okay? Like you always did. Hehe… Please…” His voice shook with desperation.
“L-Lia…” he whispered, trying to hold onto hope, “You’re faking again, right? Heh… You always were good at that… You’re not really gone… right? I-I believe in you… I… I do… Please, Lia, wake up. Please… Hehe…”
But her silence crushed him!!
“S-S-Snowflake…” Aether’s voice cracked as his hand shook violently, hovering over her, unable to touch her cold body, “SNOWFLAKEEEEEEEEEE!! Heh… HEHEHEHEHE!!” His voice turned manic, hysterical as the blood poured from his eyes like a twisted mockery of grief!
His body trembled as he felt himself weaken, his strength finally giving out. The holes in his chest, the cracks in his being… they were consuming him.
“A-Aether, stop! Please!” Celestia cried out in desperation, flinging a vial of healing potion toward him. “You have to live… drink it! Please, drink it!!” her hands shaking, tears streaming down her face.
She knew they were gone, but she couldn’t bear to watch Aether lose himself too.
Aether glanced at the potion, his blood-soaked face emotionless, “Hehe… What’s the point? What’s the use… when I’ve lost it all? Celestia… Hehe I lost… everything… EVERYTHING!!!” His voice became hollow, and distant, as though his soul had already left his body.
But then, anger surged within him, filling the emptiness, “WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?!” He screamed, his voice echoing across the battlefield, “HEHE… ANSWER ME!!!”
“ANSWER ME, ARCANE!!!”
“THIS IS YOUR GAME, RIGHT? ANSWER ME!!!” His voice cracked with desperation.
“LOG!!!” His voice was a guttural roar, full of rage and despair, “ANSWER ME, LOGGGGG!!”
His laughter turned hysterical,
“FUCK YOU… LOGGGGG!!!”
His lonely voice echoed through the bloody nightmare… Was there truly no way for him to redeem himself?
Was this HIS life?
Would he always be doomed to struggle for everything?
Just then—
!~Ding~!
Aether flinched, his empty gaze falling on the black screen before him, waiting for some kind of words… a little hope, But instead of words, a familiar voice whispered in his right ear echoed:
“Death”
Aether’s eyes widened, his blood-soaked body frozen. He stared down at the corpses of his loved ones, trembling.
“Hehe… HEHEHEHEHEHE!!!” His laughter erupted once more, louder, crazier, his body shaking violently.
“AETHER, MOVE!!” Celestia’s desperate scream rang out, but it was too late.
Still laughing, his eyes burning with madness, Aether glanced up at the sky.
Above him, a massive, humongous leg far bigger than the Dragon Emperor’s, descended from the heavens.
BAGRUUUUUUUHHHHHAAAAAA
“AETHERRRRRR—-”
“HEHEHEEHEHHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEEHEH——–”
…

….
…
BBBBBBBBBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!
Aether’s ticking bomb finally detonated the power that had been building inside him for so long erupting in an uncontrollable surge of force. Every ounce of rage, despair, and agony was unleashed without restraint, a cataclysmic release that shattered the very air around him…. resulting in:
The Pyra Fulgur Empire… obliterated in an instant. The mighty Empire filled with dargons, once revered and feared, was reduced to nothing more than ash and scattered debris.
What remained was dust…. swept away by the shockwaves that rippled across the surrounding Empire that was farther into space.
The very foundations of those empires trembled as the force shook them to their core.
There was no trace left of Pyra Fulgur.
The empire ceased to exist…. erased as though it had never been.
It’s legacy? Nothing more than a distant, forgotten legend, a ghost of a story.
No one could truly comprehend what had transpired within those borders, nor would they ever understand the sheer magnitude of the devastation that had unfolded there.
