SSssssssssnnnnnnnngggggggggggg!
The monstrous elephant unleashed a blinding laser beam at Aether. Moving quickly, Aether dodged the blast, soaring into the sky, his figure trailing bright purple sparks as he ascended higher and higher, with the elephant hot on his heels, firing continuous laser beams that scorched the air around them!
“What is he thinking?” the Principal muttered, eyes narrowing as she watched Aether leading the creature into the deep sky, “This is reckless, even for him!”
Aether pushed himself upward, climbing into the highest reaches of the atmosphere. His vision blurred momentarily as he felt he could almost see the outer edges of space itself.
Glancing down, he caught sight of the elephant, still in pursuit, its massive form trailing deadly beams, its eyes glinting with fierce intent.
BAGRUUUUUUUHHHHHAAAAAA!!
“I’m not going anywhere, bud,” Aether murmured, his gaze locked on the creature’s intense, rainbow-glowing eyes. I know you can understand me….. I don’t care what your purpose is or whatever the reason you were created, but today, I will put to end my fear that you caused….” Aether said with a calm and serious tone.
The giant beast’s expression seemed almost confused, its brows furrowing as though trying to decipher his words. But suddenly, it snarled, tusks bristling with intricate designs that pulsed with dark energy. They gleamed brighter, charged with raw power, and then—a flash!
A vivid purple spark ignited between the tusks, lighting up the designs as they surged with electrifying energy. Without warning, it released a bolt of purple lightning straight at Aether!
CRACK—THUNDER!!!!
“ARRRRRHHHHH!!!!” Aether’s scream reverberated through the air as the purple thunderbolt struck him, encasing his body in burning arcs of energy. Smoke rose from his skin, which had begun to char under the intense heat.
The elephant snorted triumphantly, watching its enemy collapse as it turned to leave.
But just as it shifted, Aether’s voice echoed through the air.
“Not bad… not bad at all…. Just as I thought” His words, soft yet menacing, made the elephant pause mid-step and turn slowly, only to see Aether standing, his body now shimmering with vibrant streaks of purple lightning!
The elephant’s eyes narrowed, and Aether smirked, brushing the ash from his arm, “So, you’re not just storing arcane energy; you’re amplifying it. Interesting… but you’re not the only one with a few tricks.” His entire form pulsed with an intense purple glow, the energy coursing through him like he was a god of thunder.
The elephant blinked, taken aback, and Aether chuckled, feeling the surge of energy coursing through his veins, a near-overwhelming sensation of raw power.
Aether had an amused expression, “Well, come on, it’s not like you are the only one special… absorb Arcane energy?” As he felt the amount he absorbed Arcane energy from that thing was really too much as his body could feel a little bloating inside.
The Elephant seemed to recognize the threat, and its face twisted in a mix of anger and determination. Then, it let out a furious roar, lowering its tusks as it charged at him, the speed of its attack nearly blurring the massive creature.
Its rainbow crystal eyes blazed with a resolve to crush him, to end this once and for all.
Aether took a deep breath, steadying himself. He extended his fingers toward the beast’s ears, and two dark spheres formed at his fingertips, their black, swirling centres brimming with Clarion energy.
Just as the elephant’s tusks were only inches away, Aether whispered, “Bang!”
The spheres launched forward, slamming into the beast’s ears, drilling deep, and creating two palm-sized holes!
“Tata…” Aether winked as he said with a cold smile, his voice dripping with a deadly calm.
BAGRUUUUUUUHHHHHAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaa
As Aether watched, the massive creature plummeted from the sky, flapping its holed ears in a futile attempt to stabilize itself.
Meanwhile, the Principal’s expression hardened as she saw the beast falling. “Did he plan this all along? Is he trying to destroy it by making it crash? But… will that even scratch its tough metal?” she muttered, her face etched with concern.
Just then, her eyes widened in shock.
“What the….”
From high above, massive chunks of mountains began tumbling down from the heavens, their descent slicing through the crimson thunderclouds like blades.
They shone with an eerie beauty, mesmerizing yet terrifying as if the clouds themselves were unleashing a storm of Arcanium mountains. Realizing the impending disaster, she clutched Snowflake tightly, darting away to find cover.
BBBOOOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!
The monstrous elephant slammed into the ground with a deafening crash.
It struggled, attempting to rise, but…. It’s eyes widened upon seeing, that the mountains and,
BAGRUUUUUUUHHHHHAAA—
Guickly engulfed by the descending mountains that pounded down upon it in relentless succession.
BBBOOOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!
BAGRRUUHHHAA—
BBBOOOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!
BAGRRRUU—
BBBOOOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!
BAgrrruu-
BBBOOOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!
BBBOOOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!
…
….
The Arcanium Mountains continued to rain down in an unending torrent, hammering the helpless creature until the air was filled with the cacophony of its desperate cries and the crushing sound of earth-shattering impacts.
Then, as suddenly as it had begun, the mountain storm stopped, leaving a silent, eerie stillness in its wake.
The once-violent sky calmed, the red thunderclouds dissipating.
The ground was a vast, jagged landscape of piled mountains, their crystal surfaces glinting ominously…. Beneath them, the elephant lay buried, with no sign of movement from below.
“Is it… is it finally dead?” the Principal whispered, her brow furrowing as she watched Aether descend slowly from the clouds, purple sparks crackling across his body like live wires.
“He’s overflowing with energy…” she muttered, her frown deepening. This display of raw power was both captivating and unnerving. She could sense the immense danger radiating from him. But just as she readied herself, planning to take action—
Bagrrrrruuhhhaaa!
A low, rumbling sound broke the silence. From between the piled mountains, the elephant’s trunk emerged, writhing with determination, pushing massive stones aside as though by sheer will. Slowly, its battered face surfaced, those intense rainbow crystal eyes glittering with unyielding resolve, refusing to surrender.
“Yes, that’s more like it…” Aether’s voice rang out, low and impassive, echoing across the sky. “I would have been disappointed if you had been finished off that easily.”
Without hesitation, he raised his hand, and with a resounding,
BOOM!
An enormous Arcanium mountain appeared above him.
The sparks surrounding his body slowly began to vanish, flowing instead into the massive mountain above him, charging it.
Crack, crack…
Suddenly, the entire Arcanium mountain began to splinter, purple energy surging through the widening cracks like rivers of molten power.
The Principal’s eyes widened in horror as she realized what Aether was about to do. Panic seized her as she immediately teleported herself even farther from the unfolding scene, her gaze locked in awe and terror.
Arcanium was known for its volatile nature; even a small infusion of arcane energy could cause explosive reactions. That was why it was strictly guarded, never to be tampered with carelessly. But now… an entire Arcanium mountain, overflowing with arcane energy?
This was beyond reckless—it was catastrophic!!!
“ARRRRRRRRHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!” Aether roared, his voice a primal sound of fury, as he hurled the charged mountain straight at the elephant, who was still writhing free of the debris.
BAGGRRUHHAA!!
The Principal’s breath hitched as she took in the scene.
It was like nothing she had ever witnessed in her life…. A man, burning with a fierce inner light, his eyes locked on his sole purpose, blazing with the will to conquer something deep inside….. And opposite him, the monstrous elephant, lifting its battered trunk defiantly, its eyes bright and fearless, ready to face this final onslaught.
Neither of them would surrender; they would fight until nothing remained.
THUNDER!!!
The scene felt frozen, like a painting come to life, each of them poised in an epic clash, two unstoppable forces colliding with everything they had.
The Principal watched, her eyes wide, lips parting in astonishment, yet words failed her. She could only gaze, captivated, as if nothing else existed.
