Chapter 105: [Reasons!]
“This could get addictive,” she wiped her lips and licked her fingers as her eyes observed me with a sexy look.
“WHY ARE YOU NOT DEAD YET??!!!!!!!” and the same voice came from behind, making us turn around where he was standing.
“Seems like you missed one,” I said as I observed him with a smile before moving closer to him. Nvida was pretty surprised to see that man, and with time her shock turned into a serious look.
“Why are you not dead after the dryad sucked you? You should be dead by now!! Why are you alive???!!!!!!”
Those same lines repeated as I focused my power, not on that man this time, but at the surrounding array.
I noticed a bunch of dark spears forming above him, but they vanished rather quickly as he lost his control over them for a moment.
Tried again, failed again.
“???” His eyes were shocked as he looked at me. I could see confusion entering his eyes.
-Whoosh!!
Reaching closer to him, I moved in to punch him. And though confused, he stood there without being terrified about my attack.
-BOOM!!!
And then when the fist hit him, he flew far back, hitting a couple of trees before finally stopping a hundred meters away.
“Sorry for the forest,” I looked at Nvida, who was confused but still nodded at me.
I saw him standing up once again in shock. His eyes were still confused, but this time were afraid as they looked at me.
To be fair, it wasn’t as easy as I made it seem.
Where should even begin…. ummm…. okay… let’s start with the fact that I cannot control that Array. Sure, I understand it completely, but that doesn’t mean I can control it.
Not like I don’t know either. I know how to. But I just physically can’t. Because of the sheer insane amount of mana, it’s impossible for me.
A simple analogy would be to push a 12 feet thick wall. You know that pushing it hard enough will do the trick, but you physically can’t.
So how was I able to knock him? Well, just because I can’t push the wall, I could still hit it hard enough and make it shake.
Minimum effect on the wall, but anyone sitting on the wall would definitively fall. Especially if you hit closer to that man.
But that also means that as soon as the effect is over, he will gain back control immediately. The reason he was healed right after the hit and did not die.
“Wait!!”
He shouted as he created a dozen more spears towards me. Though it was honestly the wrong approach.
“Let’s end this in a single instance,” I thought as I used my chains to disturb the surrounding array continuously without giving him any break.
-Whoosh!!
Reaching close to him in a single jump, I then looked at his shocked face.
“Shhh! It will be over within a moment,” I spoke with a rather evil smile before adding,” I am gonna feel her all the way after this.”
His eyes turned shocked before a sudden fury entered into his eyes. He created about 100 spears in the air as he shouted…
“YOU BASTARD-”
[One way Out!]
[Strength Boosted!]
-BOOM!!!!
And then I heard the crisp sound of a System message.
[You have killed a Level 98 Dark Mechanical Mage!!]
[+125,000 Exp Received!!]
“That should do it,” I looked at the message before turning to see the forest mostly destroyed in front of me. Though I saw it all regenerating within a few moments, as I turned around to find Nvida using her magic.
“You sure about being a Dark Mage and not a warrior?” She smiled as she looked at me. Thankfully, she didn’t mind the forest being destroyed as she rejuvenated everything within moments.
“Anyway, I didn’t think you would be well versed in arrays as well? Did your brother teach you that?” She spoke with an interested gaze.
“Wesker? Not really, to be honest. Array is his thing, not really something I understand,” I spoke, making her confuse a little as I added,
“Though there was advice that he gave in dealing with Arrays. If I concentrate enough mana in a converging point at once, I can stop the other person from activating the array.”
Which is exactly what I did right now.
“Though. I am more curious about what he said.” I looked at her, hoping I would get a favorable answer from her.
“I thought you already knew about it. Well, when I was hunting all the dark mages, I absorbed a ton of life force, enough to keep control of myself. The reason I didn’t suck your life off with the previous act,” she explained with her expression turning a bit sad.
“I would have loved to continue and even do the deed, but I used most of the power to rejuvenate the life of the forest,” she added with an awkward smile.
‘So it was like this, huh? If she is full, she won’t eat me out,’ I thought of ways to feed her before I asked,
“Other than living beings, what else rejuvenates your life force?”
“It’s not just about me, to be honest. Being connected to the forest, I lose most of my life force to the forest, so I need to either steal life force or just hibernate,” she spoke as she began thinking.
And then once she finalized her thoughts,
“Other than living beings with intelligence, monsters that are purified of the negative energy, or mystical beings, would also do the trick. Though that’s easier said than done.”
“Seems like it,” I said, recalling all the mystical beings on this planet that I know of. As for purifying the monsters, that is not possible… yet.
“All right then. It was a delicious night… maybe we can do something like this again later,” she spoke as she moved closer to me, kissed me and then vanished from there.
Standing in the empty forest, I stood there smiling stupidly for a brief moment before I looked around the forest.
“Let’s at least check once,” I thought as I circled around the forest for another hour before making sure that everything was fine.
“Well. Hopefully, we can have a better day tomorrow,” I thought as I began walking back while contemplating two things.
One was to save tonight and start from there or to keep repeating from the same day. While I do want the blowjob, repeating the same things gets boring…
I would rather have her do me once in a while in a new way than to repeat the same day over and over.
And also, doing the entire thing, from talking to Anna and Leena, to meeting Trisha, ain’t that easy either.
“But if I missed something tonight… that could be a big mess too,” I was cautious of this possibility the most.
‘Let’s think it over in the inn,’ I thought as I reached a nearby place where no one could see me.
Changing back into Wesker from Morpheus, I then stretched a little as I reached the gate. As usual, my guy Herath was doing overnight duty to fill his stomach for another day.
“Herath!” I waved my hand at him, making him look at me from far away.
Then a smile formed on his face as he waved and shouted,” Wesker!”
Moving closer to him, I saw his dark baggy eyes, and I flicked his forehead with my fingers.
“Ouch! What was that for?” He complained.
“For overworking,” I answered with a smile before taking out a bunch of fruits as I passed them to him,
“Here. Have them.”
“Man!! You are the best!” He shouted as he looked at me with a bright smile. He took the fruits and began eating one of them with a blissful face.
“I guess. I will be going then,” I spoke as I then moved from there. It was a tiring day, and I needed some mental rest as well. But he called me out as he spoke,
“Wait! There was something I needed to tell you.”
I stopped, turning around as he added,
“First was what I was talking about in the morning. It’s about the increased number of Dark Mages in the city. Since your array is famous, be careful, okay? I think something big is going on in the city.”
“How many?” I asked curiously.
“I don’t know the exact number, but I am sure that there are over 300 Dark Mages in the city right now. And that is a lower estimate,” he answered with a serious voice.
“A 200% increase? They aren’t starting a war, are they?” I asked, rather surprised. This was… quite good. I can send half of them to Nvida… hehe…
“And the next news is something that I saw in the afternoon,” he continued, making me observe him for a moment.
“I saw about a dozen witch hunters entering the town,” he informed me, as my expression turned even more serious.
“Thanks,” I said as I took out 3 silvers and passed it on to him.
“You are welcome.” He took the silver before I started moving towards the shop, a bit faster than normal.
