As the moonlight bathed Jade dominion in its soothing glow, Ardoros Continent remained bathed in the radiant light of Gaia, encompassing the vast expanse of land belonging to the four major families.
Several changes were occurring in the major families as usual, with the sky appearing calm and normal.
However, the atmosphere was filled with dense Mana, condensed enough to be considered as a measurement of the strength of the beings residing on this continent.
Inside one of the major families expanse belonging to Riantain Family,
“Jade Dominion?” As she moved through the hallway, constructed of walls adorned with intricate magic circles infused with Ether, Diana narrowed her blue eyes. She focused on the woman beside her while keeping her gaze fixed on a man with blonde hair and hollow green eyes walking ahead.
“Indeed, he is in Jade Dominion”, Luna was providing updates while walking alongside her sister, her attention fixated on the massive door looming at the hallway’s end.
“He must be missing me… he better be, or else…”, Diana mumbled, then turned her gaze away from Edward who was standing in front of her. She looked down at an artifact in her hand – an astral oculus. This device allowed her to observe a place with a clear 3D view and experience the feelings and senses linked to her projection. However, the oculus was currently on cooldown, with six months remaining out of the four that had already passed.
“By the way, is the message sent?” Diana asked about the information she had shared with a vampire continent regarding the presence of their missing relatives inside Heindal, specifically within an orphanage, as they continued towards the Aurora’s nest.
“Yes, but you seem much calmer about Esme?” Naturally, being busy with family affairs, Luna wasn’t always present to provide company for her sister. However, according to the order from the head of the family, she was here to accompany Edward Abernathy into Aurora Nest to allow him to heal from his state.
‘….’ Halting in her path, Diana heard a name that had become a source of her hatred and anger in recent weeks. She kept looking ahead, with her lips parting into a smile as she snickered. Suddenly, she twisted her head towards her sister,” Isn’t she already dead?”
“….You trust that he will kill her?” Luna couldn’t help but notice the twisted expression on her sister’s face—a haggard breath escaping her lips as a disturbingly curved smile stretched to its limit. With pupils dilated in a maniacal obsession for that man, Luna knew she couldn’t fully trust her sister’s intentions, yet she dared to ask further questions.
“Without a doubt,” Diana giggled softly, bringing her hand to her lips to stifle a devious smile. Knowing that woman who dared to get close to Ryuk would soon meet a deadly fate at his hands, Diana couldn’t help but let out a soft, sinister giggle. “If I know him as well as I think I do, the moment he finds out about Esme’s sister…hehehehe.”
Before, she dreaded the possibility of that woman getting too close to Ryuk, as it could potentially lead to a reunion between him and Alia with the assistance of her sister.
However, upon further contemplation, she wondered if this situation could actually work in her favor.
She can’t help but think once again about the situation where he will find out that the person he most despises, who betrayed him, has been brought back into his life through her sister.
Knowing well about Ryuk, who went through a series of betrayals, Diana was certain that he would kill Esme after learning that his precious maid was her sister.
“I hope it turns out as you expect,” Luna said as she narrowed her gaze and observed her sister for a moment. She then averted her gaze towards the huge gate they had arrived at, not caring much about dealing with the man who had caused her sister to completely lose her mind.
Luna couldn’t harm Ryuk directly or indirectly in any way because of her promise to Alisia Devereaux. Instead, she was supposed to protect him from danger, but only if she found him worthy of protection or chose to honor her words.
So, for now, Luna was indifferent and content with her sister, who thought highly of that man and had incited vampires who hold resentment and hatred towards the Devereaux family to enter Heindal.
Luna didn’t care what Diana was thinking, but she knew one thing: the vampires, specifically the ones to whom she sent the letter, would definitely go after Ryuk Devereaux.
So, she will just sit idly and watch the man get killed.
‘Keith should be enough’, Luna stretched her hand towards the door, which glowed in a blinding blue light before all three of them started to blur, as if their bodies were glitching before disappearing, while her mind recalled the one she personally chose to deal with Ryuk Devereaux.

“Welcome, Luna,” A guard wearing tattered body armor greeted two women as he looked towards them. He tapped his spear on the floor, causing a wave of light to switch the view into a large black corridor filled with various weapons on both sides. The entire space appeared surreal, as if existing in a separate dimension from the real world.
“Lead us to first door”, Luna gave the command, causing the guard to lift his hand forward. As he did so, he glanced at Edward, a man who appeared to be a foreigner to him, breaking the unwritten rule of only Riantains entering the space known as Aurora Nest. The guard then turned towards the end of the corridor.
“Call me to return back” As the guard stood watch, an enormous magic circle materialized before them, swiftly moving across their field of vision. It passed through all three individuals, leaving only the guard unscathed as the other three disappeared once more.
The event exposed that the Aurora nest was not just a dimension, but rather a sophisticated realm that housed the entire legacy of the Riantain family, equipped with enough power to support them in any battle.

“Is he still not recovered?”, Luna was positioned upon a large crater in a vast expanse filled with darkness and numerous meteors. She peered at Edward, who had arrived moments earlier and remained silent and void of expression since his arrival with his emerald eyes now completely hollow.
“His brain seemed to be damaged”, Diana who was stretching her body while thinking to request a mock battle with Luna who hardly accompanied her except this time due to Edward was brought out of her thoughts by Pumas words prompting her to inform her about the issue occurred when she was electrocuting him.
“I…see” It wasn’t like Luna cared nor does anyone would have given the fact that they were only obliged to protect his life, not to care for him like a child.
“Argh…” Suddenly a painful spark caused the Edward to wince in pain as he turned his eyes toward Luna who seems to notice that sudden frown on his face with eyes tremble being sign of some sudden shock.
“Did he get Seizers?” Luna already seen through the upcoming actions of this emerald eyed man inquired to her sister as retreated back slightly to give the man some space to let out his cries.
Sorry, I have exams but I will try to push out a few more chapters today.
