Han Jue was so stubborn and unwilling; even though he stole it from us, he wanted to keep the pearl at all cost. Even offering his whole house and possession to us in exchange for the pearl. After going back and forth, we were all frustrated since we could not reach an agreement”, Anna paused. She let out a small chuckle, “Barlog was so frustrated that he wanted to fight your father right there and then.”
“And, do you know what your father did, little Mei?” Anna asked with a gentle smile. Han Mei shook her head, “No”, she said. Barlog began to laugh, rolling on the ground while Rudy was giggling non-stop. Han Jue lowered his head even more and sighed while Anna slightly chuckled, “Your father was so angry and unwilling that he swallowed the pearl.” Han Mei’s eyes widened before she, too, was laughing uncontrollably, “So, my father swallowed the pearl because of frustration?”
Barlog couldn’t hold himself anymore as he burst out laughing, “Hahaha, do you know the funniest part is?” Han Mei tilted her head, “What?” Barlog rolled on the ground, “After your father swallowed the pearl and insisted that the pearl was him, he began to balloon up as his skin reddened.” Anna, too, couldn’t hold herself from laughing either, “And, after that, he immediately begged us to save him and admitted all of his wrongdoing.” Barlog interjected, “Yeah, and the little prick flew in the air, crying, begging for us to save him. He even talked about how he was still a virgin and—” before Barlog managed to finish his sentence, he was hit by Han Jue.
“You wanna go, crybaby!?” Barlog snarled, then he and Han Jue started bickering again. Anna let out a sigh, “Let us continue where we left off” Anna turned her head towards Han Mei, “After your father’s body expanded and flew into the air and after he begged us to help, we agreed and bring your father into a more secluded area. Thankfully, my husband over there knew exactly what happened since he had already used one of the pearls beforehand.” Han Mei listened attentively, “And then what happened?”
Anna smiled, “We took him to the outskirts of Tailwind Village as there was an old building there that we stayed at. We hurriedly tied up your father to the bed since he could not stop floating if no one held him down. Somehow, we managed to stabilize him, preventing him from enlarging even further. But, whether or not Han Jue back then could absorb the power of the dragon’s pearl was up to him. What we did not expect was that your father could absorb it way faster than my husband could”, she sighed.
Anna continued, “Han Jue absorb the power of the dragon’s pearl in just one day where it would take my husband three days to do it. After that, your father kneeled in front of us, apologizing and thanking us. From then on, our relationships grew, and the bond between us grew closer as friends”, Anna narrated with a warm smile on her face. Just after Anna had said her words, Barlog and Han Jue were still fighting, flinging each other everywhere across the woods. Anna sighed, “Maybe except those two. Those two are still like that even to right now.”
“Hahaha”, laughter sounded from within the camp as it was surrounded by a positive atmosphere.

Meanwhile, at an unknown location within Gale Territory, Taiboku sat in his office with Da Ji standing behind him. Before Taiboku stood his four most-trusted subordinates. A beautiful, blond-haired woman stood on the utmost left side, with her canines protruding from her mouth. Then, standing after the blond-haired woman, there was a short man with a red mohawk and goggle was strapped on his face. The short man wore a dark-coloured punk jacket with spikes on his shoulders. What was unique from the short man was the sharp shark fins that were on his arms.
Following the short man, there was a long-haired, burly, giant of a man, with scars all over his face and a red mark covering his eyes. His eyes were fierce as a single look from the long-haired, burly man could make a child cry instantly. A giant axe was strapped to the long-haired, burly man’s back as he crossed his arms, looking at his leader with an intense gaze. After the long-haired, burly man, was someone covered entirely in chains, with a blank, full mask covering their face.
“Good, you’re all here”, Taiboku nodded after inspecting each of his trusted subordinates. The long-haired, burly man stood half-step forward, indicating his status within the group of Taiboku’s trusted subordinates. “What are your orders, my lord?” The long-haired, burly man asked, putting his hands behind his back. “I gather all of you here as there was a change within our plan”, Taiboku said. He continued, “Ever since the forces of our Dark Heaven met with the forces led by that bastard Eli, the government had spared no effort from hunting us”, Taiboku explained.
Then, Taiboku leaned backwards, showing a smile towards his subordinates; he flicked his wrist, “Not to mention, there was a pesky little rat that continued to bother me. So, right now, we are attacked by two fronts. One, by a pesky little rat and two by an imbecile from Silvan Empire.” After that, Taiboku leaned in on the table, looking at his subordinates one by one; his lips curled up, even more, making his smile, even more, wider, “And that’s all according to plan.” The mohawk, short man, snickered, “According to plan?” he snickered, “Who are we kidding?”
Usually, whenever a subordinate acted like the short, mohawk man, he or she would be killed instantly by Taiboku. However, right now, Taiboku only smirked, “Yeah, well, the final purpose is still done, and that is to draw attention to ourselves”, he said. The blond-haired woman lifted her legs; she approached the mohawk, short man, before patting him, “Did we finally about to enter phase two?” she asked. The mohawk, short man, felt quite annoyed being patted like a child, “Cut it out, C”, he said after swatting the blond-haired woman, C’ hand away.
“Yes”, Taiboku nodded, “It is faster than I anticipated, but it will work out nonetheless. That’s why I gathered all of you here today.” Taiboku stood up, “I want the four of you to lead the Dark Heavens to face the government army. Distract them long enough so that our Phase 3 could begin smoothly.” The long-haired, burly man put his hand on his chest, “Don’t worry, my lord, we will definitely succeed”, he said stoically.
Then, Taiboku walked near each of them, hugging them one by one; he said, “Please return to me alive.” The short, mohawk man rubbed his nose, “Of course, who the hell do you think I am?” he snickered. The blond-haired woman put her thumbs out while patting the short, mohawk man. The long-haired, burly man slightly bowed while the chained up person just stood there in silence. After that, the four of them left one by one, leaving Taiboku alone with his lover, Da Ji.
“Those four never change”, Da Ji said. Taiboku flashed a smile, stroking Da Ji’s smooth cheek, “Yes. For that, I’m grateful”, Taiboku said before kissing Da Ji on her lips. “What about the seeds of abomination? You had your subordinate continue the plan, right? Did you not say that you will withdraw from Silvan Empire entirely?” Taiboku asked. Da Ji smirked; she twirled her finger on her beautiful, long hair, “I did”, she smiled mysteriously. “And? Aren’t you afraid of being punished by the higher up?”
Da Ji shook her head, “No. After all, I did pull out from Silvan Empire and lay low.” Taiboku stroked Da Ji’s smooth cheek once again, “Don’t speak like this to me. Tell me your plan, will you?” he asked gently. Da Ji giggled, “You’re no fun”, she said before distancing herself from Taiboku. Dai Ji sat on the sofa nearby, “You don’t need to worry, my darling”, Da Ji reassured, “After all, the one that carried on the operations is not my subordinate, but yours.” Taiboku’s eyes opened wide,
