However, suddenly Long’s hand shook violently as he dropped the meat skewers in his hand. Long furrowed his eyebrows, “The recovery took longer than I thought. What is wrong with my body? This never happened before”, he muttered softly while picking the meat skewers back from the ground. As soon as Long picked up his meat skewer, Eru arrived in front of Long after quickly dispatching the ghoulish monstrous creature.
Long flashed a smile, “Is it done?” Eru nodded, “Yeah, that guy was a pushover. Its body was tough, though”, Eru said before sitting on a log and picking up a meat skewer for his own. Eru immediately munched on the meat skewer while looking at Long, “What’s wrong? Not going to eat?” Long sighed, “I am. I’m just tired, that’s all.” Eru furrowed his eyebrows; he scrutinized Long, “Is it the side effect?” Long nodded, “Yes, unfortunately”, he said while looking at his own, shaky hands. “Here”, Eru threw a green bottle to Long. “What is this?” Long asked while observing the green bottle. “Potion”, Eru said, “Try it. It will make the side effect a bit more manageable.” Long uncocked the green bottle before drinking it, “Thanks, brother Eru.”
Soon after, Long felt that his body had gotten better, and the shaking of his hands finally stopped. “Oh, you are right”, Long said to Eru, “The potion helps a lot.” Eru nodded, “You never felt this before?” Long shook his head, “No, never to this extent at least. Usually, I feel weak and vulnerable only when I transform for an extended period of time. Never did I feel this weak after transforming for such a short time”, he explained while munching on a meat skewer in his hand. “Hmm”, Eru pondered while rubbing his chin, “Anyway, you should rest up then.”
After that, Eru quickly built a temporary tent using woods and leaves from the vegetation nearby. “Go rest up. I’ll stand guard outside”, Eru said to Long. “But—” just as Long was about to reply, Eru retorted, “No but. If you don’t rest up, our strength will be cut down half. And if something came up that I would not be able to handle on my own, I would like you to be on your best.” Long squinted his eyes, looking at Eru before letting out a chuckle, “Okay, thank you, brother Eru.” Long get into the tent made of woods and leaves, laying his body, he quickly fell asleep.
Eru shook his head with a smile before lifting his black sword. “Long must have been really off to not notice you guys approaching in”, Eru muttered as he watched a lot of ghoulish monstrous creatures surrounding him. “Let’s do this quietly, right guys?” Eru smirked as he ran straight towards the horde of ghoulish monstrous creatures, “I’ll kill you all before he woke up. Shaaaa!” Eru let out a battle cry as he brandished his black sword towards a nearby ghoulish monstrous creature. Eru slashed contained his amplified power, and plus the sharpened black sword, Eru easily cut through multiple ghoulish monstrous creatures.
“Come one!” Eru roared; he held his black sword to the side, “Die!” Eru shouted while sending out a raven-coloured aura blade, cleaving out several ghoulish monstrous creatures. The other ghoulish monstrous creatures growled; they spread away from each other, surrounding Eru with their superior numbers. Then, one of the ghoulish monstrous creatures let out an otherworldly roar, followed by the other ghoulish monstrous creatures. Right after that, the ghoulish monstrous creatures began to charge at Eru one by one from every angle you could think of.
“So, you guys want to play it that way, huh” Eru smirked. “Have a taste of this”, Eru spun three hundred thirty-six degrees, “A move I copied from one of my favourite shows when I was a kid. Eru Black Rotation!” Eru shouted; then, a raven-coloured aura sphere emerged from Eru’s body, surrounding him and rotating with high speed. The incoming ghoulish monstrous creatures that were already charging at Eru could not stop their momentum in time, and they were caught by Eru’s new technique. The ghoulish monstrous creatures’ bodies were torn to shred as nothing were left of them except blood.
Eru stopped his rotation when he sensed that the horde of ghoulish monstrous creatures stopped their advance. The horde of ghoulish monstrous creatures growled; their eyes were red as the horde of ghoulish monstrous creatures hesitated. “Hah”, Eru let out a chuckle, “What’s the matter? Cat got your tongue? Oh wait, that saying did not fit this situation. Let me think”, Eru said while tapping the ground with the black sword. “I remember!” Eru suddenly dashed from his spot, appearing in front of one of the ghoulish monstrous creatures, “You guys got cold feet?” he said with a mocking smile before killing it.
Then, Eru moved on to his next victim in a flash, killing the ghoulish monstrous creature instantly. Every time Eru brandished his black sword against the horde of ghoulish monstrous creatures, Eru left a trail of raven-coloured energy in the air. “Die, die, die, die ,die ,die!” Eru rampaged with a sinister smile on his face, killing every ghoulish monstrous creature that came his way. More and more ghoulish monstrous creatures came out from the hole below the corpse of the giant plant-like monstrous creature, replenishing the numbers of the horde that Eru had to deal with.
“So you all came from there, huh?” Eru opened up a bottle of potion, chugging it all in one go before throwing the bottle away. “For the time being, I’ll clean the one here first”, Eru said; he disappeared from his place before reappearing up high in the air. Then, Eru launched a barrage of energy blades, decimating the ghoulish monstrous creatures in his vision quite easily. After that, Eru dived down near the corpse of the giant plant-like monstrous creature. Eru looked down inside the hole and found that a lot of ghoulish monstrous creatures were climbing up the wall.
“Whoa, that’s quite a lot”, Eru exclaimed before shaking his head, “No matter, though. For now, you all are not allowed to go up.” Then, Eru pointed his black sword downwards, “Die!” Eru gathered his aura on the tip of his black sword before letting it out in the form of a beam. Eru’s aura beam decimated the entire ghoulish monstrous creatures that were about to climb up the wall. “Phew”, Eru let out a sigh of exhaustion, “That drained me.” After that, Eru approached the corpse of the giant-plant like monstrous creature, “I’ll use you again to temporary block the hole downstairs.”
Eru slightly closed his eyes; he gathered his aura around his whole body before putting all of his strength, amplified by Eruken, to push the corpse of the giant plant-like monstrous creature. Eru covered the hole on the ground using the remaining corpse of the giant plant-like monstrous creature before putting another pile of giant logs. “This should be enough temporarily, right?” Eru said to himself before turning his back and heading straight towards the campfire. Eru arrived and found that Long was still asleep inside the tent. Eru looked up at the artificial ceiling and sighed, “What time is it now?”

While Eru and Long were still inside the bunker, time passed by, and the day had become the night. The moon shone brighter than ever, and the stars were beautifully painted the night sky with its glistering light. The moonlight shone on the figure of a beautiful woman that was standing on the roof, reflecting her beauty to the world around her. The beautiful woman looked at the moon with a conflicting expression as her long, blonde hair was blown gently by the night wind. Suddenly, the blonde-hair beautiful woman’s eyes squinted, “Who’s there?” she asked after hearing footsteps were approaching behind her.
“It’s me. Can’t sleep, commander?” this time, a blue-haired, cute girl appeared from the shadows, flashing a loving smile towards the blonde-haired beautiful woman. “Oh, it’s just you, Amy”, the beautiful woman heaved a sigh. Amy, the blue-haired girl, walked to the beautiful woman’s side, “I can’t sleep too, big sis”, she spoke to the beautiful woman with a different tone than before. The beautiful woman was, of course, Syndra. “It has been a wild three days, hasn’t it, Amy?” Syndra sighed. “It is”, Amy replied, “Half of the time, I don’t even know what is going on anymore.” Syndra’s lips curled up a little, “Neither do I, neither do I”, Syndra lowered her head.

After all, I’m his wife.” Just as the night seemed to pass by peacefully, Syndra and Amy saw a flock of birds escaping from the forest. Then, both Syndra and Amy heard loud footsteps were approaching their location. Before long, Syndra and Amy could see familiar enemies coming from the forest.
