Eru’s raven-coloured aura was flying everywhere, killing every undead monstrous creature that the black-cloaked, blonde-haired armoured lady summoned. “This is useless”, Eru killed another undead monstrous creature, “Just come out here and accept your death”, Eru said while crushing the head of an undead monstrous creature with his bare hand. The black-cloaked, blonde-haired armoured lady chose to not reply. Instead, she stayed patient, opting to do a battle of attrition. After all, the black-cloaked, blonde-haired armoured lady could sense that the raven-coloured protective membrane around Eru was something dangerous and incomplete.
If something incomplete was able to pressure her so much, even causing her entire body to tremble, the black-cloaked, blonde-haired armoured lady did not dare to imagine if Eru was to complete his transformation. Eru looked in Long’s direction while casually killing one of the undead monstrous creatures, “Did you finish your battle? How’s your body?” Eru asked with concern. Long shook his head, “Don’t worry about me, brother Eru. Our race is born with a freakishly tough body, with me being no exception.” Eru smiled, “Then, help me take care of these undead bastards. My abilities aren’t suited in these kinds of battles.”
Long let out a massive grin, “Sure. Leave it to me” right after he said that, Long leapt into the air before landing right at the centre of the horde of undead monstrous creatures. Then, Long twirled his red staff, sending fire everywhere, burning the undead monstrous creatures that were in its path. While Long was busy dealing with the rest of the undead monstrous creatures, a smaller undead monstrous creature was standing right in front of Eru. Eru let out a mocking smile, “Now, what?” he taunted with a cheeky grin on his face. The black-cloaked, blonde-haired armoured lady tore apart the body of the undead monstrous creature with her bare hands as she came from inside the creature.
Anger rose from within the black-cloaked, blonde-haired armoured lady as she scoffed with disdain, “You bastard!” Eru shrugged his shoulders, “Me? A bastard? Never. Now, why would you think that?’ Eru said with a mocking tone. The black-cloaked, blonde-haired armoured lady brandished her scythe, “You brought your comrade into a one on one battle”, she said with a heavy tone. Eru raised his eyebrows while smirking, “You’re one to talk when you started it first” Eru pointed his black sword towards the black-cloaked, blonde-haired armoured lady, “Enough talk, I think it’s about time we finished this.”
The black-cloaked, blonde-haired armoured lady looked at Long, who kept dispatching her summons easily like a hot knife through butter and Eru, the enemy in front of her, who had power that was beyond her understanding. The black-cloaked, blonde-haired armoured lady clicked her tongue, she snapped her fingers, instantly unsummoned the horde of undead monstrous creatures. The disappearing of the horde of undead monstrous creatures left Long gawked with confusion, “Huh, is that it?” Long quipped while resting his red staff on his right shoulder.
“Now, I will face you on my own”, the black-cloaked, blonde-haired armoured lady held her scythe up high. Eru smirked, “I like it”, then, Eru looked at Long, “Thanks for your help, Long. I’ll be fine here on my own.” Long nodded before leaping away towards the entrance of the huge oval room, “Good luck, brother Eru” Long waved, “Not that you need it, though”, he mumbled softly. “Sure”, Eru gestured a thumbs up towards Long as the raven-coloured protective membrane around him intensified. Eru’s transformation continued to show itself. Eru’s skin became scally, and his amber-coloured eyes became slanted like that of a dragon.
The black-cloaked, blonde-haired armoured lady sensed that Eru’s power became even stronger than before, and she could not help but to pursed her lips. “Fine, if you’re going all out, then let me do so”, the black-cloaked, blonde-haired armoured lady said. Right after she said that the black cloak on her body floated up as bones protruded from the blonde-haired armoured lady’s back. The bones formed into a skeleton underneath the black cloak, and each of the blonde-haired armoured lady’s limbs was attached to the skeleton, making the skeleton some sort of an exoskeleton suit.
Lon furrowed his eyebrows, “Hmm, that is interesting. A lich who got its flesh back, eh”, he softly muttered, “But its strength seemed a little bit weak. I wonder how they did that?” Long pondered while watching the staredown between the blonde-haired armoured lady and Eru. The atmosphere between Eru and the blonde-haired armoured lady was tense as they stared at each other, waiting for one to make a move. Eru’s eyes flashed, his body twitched slightly before he leapt forward. “Hah!” Eru let out a battle cry while slashing down towards the blonde-haired armoured lady.
The blonde-haired armoured lady dodged Eru’s attack before using her own scythe to slash towards Eru. Eru quickly put his black sword in the way of the blonde-haired armoured lady’s scythe, blocking her attack. Eru’s entire arm slightly trembled when he blocked the blonde-haired armoured lady’s attack. “I see that you powered up quite a bit, huh?” Eru smirked. The blonde-haired armoured lady put more strength in her swing, completely knocking Eru backwards. Right after that, the skeleton’s eyes behind the blonde-haired armoured lady gleamed. Bone hands emerged from the ground, trying to grab Eru by his legs.
Eru jumped up, then the raven-coloured protective membrane around him changed. It formed two raven-coloured dragon wings on Eru’s back. “Like I’ll let you get away”, the blonde-haired armoured lady shouted. She waved her hand upwards, then more bones emerged from the ground in various shapes and sizes. The bones went after the now flying Eru while he tried to avoid them all. “This ceiling does not help at all”, Eru grunted as he dodged to the side, avoiding an incoming bone. The blonde-haired armoured lady summoned more bones to attack Eru.
And while Eru was distracted by the bones, the blonde-haired armoured lady jumped after him. She brandished her scythe, “Die!” she shouted as the exoskeleton’s eyes behind her gleamed red. Then, a dark, terrifying aura coated the blonde-haired armoured lady’s scythe before she swung her scythe at the flying Eru. “Shit!” Eru cursed while blocking the blonde-haired armoured lady’s attack. As Eru was sent flying back, a sudden wave of memories assaulted him.

“Now, what do you want to ask?” Principal Helga asked with a smile. Eru’s wariness did not disappear, and unknowingly, he already took the teacup from the table as he sipped the tea slowly. After sipping his tea, Eru gently put down the teacup before taking a deep breath, “Who are you? And don’t say just say you are Principal Helga.” Principal Helga smiled gently while slightly tilting her head, “Hmm? What do you mean? I’m the one and only Principal Helga, nothing less.” Eru scoffed, “From what you’re saying, there’s something more to you than it seems, right?”
“You are right”, Principal Helga replied before particles of light surrounded her. Right after the particles of light disappeared, Principal Helga’s previous old appearance changed into a beautiful woman with silver hair. “I am more than it seemed. Let me introduce myself again; my name is Aelgh, one of the children of the Demon King. Nice to meet you, Fate Master” Principal Helga, no, Aelgh introduced herself. “The Demon King?” Eru’s eyes widened in surprise. Aelgh nodded, “Yes. I’m sure you have already met my father before. And I apologize for any harm he inflicted you” she slightly bowed her head.
“So you are related to Willa, then?”
“I am. Willa is our big sister, the most powerful one among us all and the only one spared from our ill-fated state”, Aelgh said with a hint of reminiscent. “Hmm”, Eru rubbed his chin, “Why did you bring me here? And how did you know I’m a Fate Master?” Eru asked while pondering. Aelgh took a sip from her teacup before answering, “My father told me. We, as the administrator of the trials ground, can communicate with each other. He informed me previously that he had met the last of Fate Master and that Fate Master would sooner or later come to my territory.”
“The last of Fate Master?” Eru furrowed his eyebrows.
“I’m guessing that my father did not tell you, then”, Aelgh sighed, “All right, let me tell you a story.”
