The earth dragon’s body fully showed itself. It had a large protruding belly with massive dark yellow skin surrounding it, and coupled with its four hind legs and massive tails, it roared towards the ceiling. The earth dragon placed its two claws on the small castle’s wall, crushing it down to a pile of rubble. The earth dragon’s belly dragged through the ground. The earth dragon crawled slowly as its large and fat body caused it to be unable to move with agility. The earth dragon’s massive stature caused destruction every time it moved. And the earth dragon did not just move; it rampaged around. The earth dragon’s rampage destroyed most of the small castle, decimating it, leaving the earth dragon surrounded by the dark lava beneath. Then, the earth dragon suddenly opened up its huge mouth, gobbling out all of the dark lava near it.
The earth dragon gulped down the dark lava into its throat before it let out a powerful roar, shaking the entire floor and causing the stalactite on the ceiling to fall down. Suddenly, the earth dragon seemingly sensed something before it turned its head around. Then, the earth dragon’s slanted red eyes squinted slightly as it saw two different lights were approaching it. The earth dragon roared once again towards the two different lights, feeling that the two were challenging it. “I will attack first, brother Eru”, Long said. “No, let me”, Eru shook his head, “Since you’re better than me in attacking from afar, you watch your distance.” Long furrowed his eyebrows, feeling a little bit disappointed that he could not face the earth dragon head-on before realizing the situation he was in.
“Be careful, brother Eru”, Long said before the red light split up from the raven-coloured light. Eru mustered his power, spinning his raven-coloured aura around his black sword before using it to deliver a high speed, flying attack towards the earth dragon’s head. The earth dragon’s head got flung back by Eru, and while it was disorientated, Long sent out a giant fireball, hitting the earth dragon clean. The earth dragon’s massive body crashed down to the floor, causing ripples on the remaining dark lava. The dark lava flowed towards the earth dragon, slightly burning its skin. However, the earth dragon quickly got on its feet; opening its mouth, it roared with fury towards Eru and Long.
The giant crab-like monstrous creature watched from a distance and could not help but shake its head, “Tch, tch, tch. Those guys are crazy. Ah, well. If they die, then my life would be so much easier”, it muttered before hiding away in its cave.

The earth dragon observed its opponents carefully as its already slanted red eyes darted left and right. Eru pursed his lips, “That barely did anything to it, huh. As expected of a mythical beast of legends”, Eru exclaimed. “But, no matter how strong it is, it will not stop me!” Eru let out a battle cry before flying at the earth dragon, brandishing his black sword coated with his raven-coloured aura. “Rargh!” Eru swung his aura-coated black sword towards the earth dragon. The earth dragon tried dodging; however, it proved to be hard thanks to its massive body. Eru’s black sword contacted cleanly against the earth dragon’s skin, but Eru was only able to damage it slightly.
“Don’t bother using a bladed weapon, Brother Eru”, Long shouted, “The earth dragon’s skin is too thick for a sword to slash through. Just smack the bastard!” After saying that, Long chanted a spell before launching it towards the earth dragon. “Fireball!” another huge fireball was coming straight towards the earth dragon. However, this time, the earth dragon opened its mouth. A ball of dark lava gathered in between its upper lips and its jaw. “This is bad”, Eru exclaimed before flying away from the earth dragon. As Long’s fireball was closing in, the earth dragon launched the dark lava ball at Long’s huge fireball, making them clash in the air.
With a boom, the fireball clashed directly with the dark lava ball that the earth dragon launched. The blast from the fireball and the dark lava ball caused the surrounding space to ripple. Eru was slightly taken aback by the impact of the shockwave, “How much power did Long put in his fireball?” he muttered. “If that’s the case, then I need to put on more power in my attacks. Buddy, are you with me for this?” Eru whispered into his black sword. The black sword in Eru’s hand vibrated, replying to its owner with strong battle intent. “Good”, Eru nodded. Then, Eru held his black sword up high, “Here I go, yah!”
Eru launched himself forward, flying straight towards the earth dragon. The earth dragon was so focused on dealing with Long that Eru managed to catch it off guard. “Rah!” Eru brandished his black sword with denser raven-coloured aura coating it. A speck of golden hue could be seen following Eru’s slash. “Roar!” the earth dragon roared in pain as Eru managed to damage the earth dragon’s scale, slightly peeling it off and causing it to bleed. “Hah, how about that!” Eru clenched his fist. “Unbelievable. Well done, brother Eru”, Long exclaimed with a slightly opened mouth.
The earth dragon’s red eyes glared at Eru hatefully before letting out a loud, deafening roar. The earth dragon then proceeded to unfold the wings on its back. “That huge body could fly?” Eru furrowed his eyebrows. “Don’t worry, brother Eru”, Long’s voice resounded in Eru’s head, “Earth dragon could not fly. Do you see the size of its wings?” Eru nodded, “Better be prepared than be sorry”, Eru replied. Then, the earth dragon flapped its wings, trying its hardest to lift itself up. However, the earth dragon stayed rooted on the ground, unable to fly due to its massive frame. “See?” Long said happily.
Then, the earth dragon controlled its wings to face towards Eru and Long. “Oh, shit. Scatter, brother Eru!” Long warned. Eru immediately acted before a barrage of earth spikes were launched towards him and Long. “Is that magic? I thought you said you did not feel mana from the earth dragon” Eru squinted his eyes. “No”, Long stabilized himself on the air, “It’s the unique abilities of the earth dragon. It can throw multiple earth spikes that were formed naturally on its wings”, he explained. Right after that, the earth dragon once again opened up its mouth. “Fucking shit!” Eru cursed loudly while dodging the dark lava balls that were launched by the earth dragon.

“Hoh, so those are the intruders’ power, huh” the red-haired woman watched the broadcast with interest. “No wonder they were able to come this far. They could even cut the flesh of an earth dragon. Not bad, not bad”, the red-haired woman spoke with a little grin on her face. Then, the red-haired woman rested her chin on her fist, “Hmm, I wonder what those energies are. It even formed wings around the two of them. Interesting, those two have similar powers. Siblings, perhaps?” she pondered. The red-haired woman leaned back on her chair, watching the broadcast with gleaming eyes. “Show me more about your power, intruders. Continue to last longer and entertain me”, the red-haired woman grinned.

The battle between Eru and Long against the earth dragon continued to rage on. Eru and Long used all of they had got to contend against the might of the earth dragon. And for the most part, Eru and Long succeeded in injuring the earth dragon, evident in the amounts of scars and blood on the earth dragon’s body. The earth dragon’s panted as it looked at Eru and Long hatefully. Eru and Long, who was in their transformation form, were flying in the air, looking coldly at the injured earth dragon. “A little more”, Long mumbled, “A little more, and we could kill this bastard”, he spoke with anger.
“Patience, Long”, Eru furrowed his eyebrows, “For some reason, I have a bad feeling about this. We should take it slow”, Eru warned. “All the more reason we should end this fast. Cover my back, brother Eru!” Long ignored Eru’s warning as he flew towards the earth dragon. “Tch, damn it! Listen to me, blockhead!” Eru clicked his tongue before following Long closely behind his back. Long brandished his red staff, “Die!” he shouted while swinging his red staff at the earth dragon’s head. Long’s red staff was coated with fire mana hit the earth dragon directly, rocking its head.
Eru followed up Long’s attack by brandishing his aura-coated black sword. Eru swung down; he managed to cut the earth dragon’s left eye before being flung back by the earth dragon’s claw. “Brother Eru!” Long exclaimed. Eru managed to stabilize himself in the air, “I’m fine. Just a slight wound” he wiped the blood on his lips. Then, Eru and Long watched the struggling earth dragon, “Just one final push. Let’s go, brother Eru!” Long shouted while flying up high, “Fireball!”
